Rick and his team are continuing the Werner family legacy of deep Mercedes Benz knowledge and its a real treat to learn from them. They are true professionals and unlike most repair shops they are willing to help diagnose/advise the DIYr fix things themselves with little tricks of the trade. But Im also happy to have them tackle the hard stuff too. Awesome experience and very fair value to help a small legacy business keep going.

Rick is awesome! I brought in a Sprinter 2500 that was acting up while traveling with 8 kids. He saw me right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me tips and advise to help me continue on my trip and make it safely home. I wish he lived closer - I would love to have him as my regular mechanic.

I have dealt with Rick for decades. He is the best.

We discovered Rick and Werners on a New Years weekend when our 63 220Sb was immobilized with worn nylon bushing. He answered my question with Come on out, we have 6 or 7 of those. He has since rebuilt the engine and the car runs like our did when my mother drove it new from the factory at Stuttgart. And we live in San Francisco. The drive is worth it.
