It is Oct. 2 and my taxes are still outstanding. They were supposedly complete in August, but no one will return my emails and calls go to some central answering center.

The tax professional I worked with was very friendly and very professional. Because of her, I got all my tax needs taken care of in a very timely manner; one visit. This is the fastest Ive ever had my taxes done, not to mention the $750 loan on my refund. This couldnt have been more convenient. I will definitely return to H & R Block next year, and I look forward to it.

Not knowledgeable, disorganized and unprofessional staff. They made me go 3 times, every time they have to communicate with somebody because the person working that day didn’t know where things were. Then I received in my mail a packet with some of my documents, with personal information along with a peace of paper with hand written unintelligible instructions.

Mrs. Sherry Criste is excellent at what she does and is easy to work with to complete our annual taxes. She also prepares my two sons taxes as well.

I typically use H&R Block but file my own taxes online. Ideally, I will not get any letters from the IRS next year and will be back to doing my own taxes again!That being said, Mercedes was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to understand what the letter meant and what I needed to do next, as well as explaining the breakdown of my return and why my refund was the way it was.

I used to do my own taxes, but this place is so good and helped me so much, I’ll use them from now on. They were lot’s of help with my previous tax issues from Illinois.

Last year, I had a issue where I had a pen thrown at me, from another cubicle. This year, the lady was not “upfront” with the cost, in fact, the numbers kept adding up. I spent 200 dollars just to get my taxes down. That’s way to expensive for the professionalism I get from you guys. You lied about your “up front” cost and you guys lied about even remotely being professional.

This H & R Block is complete joke. When they filed the tax return they told me three weeks for the return. Now it has been 6. I went in today, to find out it could be 8 to 21 more days because of a glitch with 8863 Education Credits in THEIR system. Yet I still have to pay them? Sounds terrible doesnt it? Oh and by the way I am9 months pregnant and due tomorrow! This money is to help pay for some of the hospital costs.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. TURBO TAX IS CHEAPER AND YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK FASTER.

This place is great. I actually went thru Janet freeman and and she was the most helpful kind agent Ive ever dealt with. She text me when my app was and reminded me as well and any questions I ever had I was able to text message her about and she always responded with an anwser shortly after. I used to feel so awkward going in doing my taxes with a stranger ever time. But she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the min I scheduled a app with here. I even had to change up my app a few times bc I have kids and crazy work schedule and she was always more then happy to reschedule it for me like it was no big deal at all. I now after this experience wld definitely recommend using h&r block. But more so this particular agent and the grapevine location. Everyone there was so friendly and made it such a easy chore to take care of!💖💖💖💖

Total disrespect of customers time. emails nevere responded to. phone calls are not returned, Even when you visit office. and leave a written note to the agent, nothing happens, talked to receptionist who told me that the manager will get in touch with me and assign different agent to take care of my business, you guessed it, even the manger does not call back, So, as I guessed it trickles down from mangement to all emplyess or agents. Thank you, I got the message, I am taking my business somewhere else.
