Drove 5 hours to buy a truck from this crook. Lied in messages lied to my face. Would not let me test drive the truck due to insurance. I put my trust and savings into this truck to start a tow company. The dash warning lights do not function as they were disconnected to make a sale. The brakes I specifically asked about stop working due to a broken abs module. The turbo on the engine gave out driving home spewing all the trucks oil out and killing the trucks engine. If he will screw me over looking me in the face on a tow truck. He will screw you over too. Dont trust them.

My sister in law was in a wreck and was taken to the hospital. Officers called this towing company to get the car. When we went to see about the car the owner was rude. We asked if we could get some personal belongings out of the car. She said no. Then was mocking us about her taking the money out of the car. Second time same thing was met very rudly. She had said if we brought money down she would let us get belongings out of the car. She said she would get what she wants for my sister in law. Then tried to bully us. After I stated wjat laws and rights were she called the cops and wouldnt let us back on the property. Very poor customer service. I demanded nothing. She tried to pay you like agreed and then you changed it when we got there. I said 2 sentences to you besides there was no reason to be rude. First you told me 850 on the phone the day after it was towed. Then your husband said 650. Insurance never pays to tow. They pay it back. And we were charged for clean up even though I had to go pick up car parts and personal belongings and glass everywhere. The lady with the truck is right crooks!!

Very friendly, and fast service. I rented a uhaul and it was a quick and easy process. Would highly recommend them.

This was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Ive had in my life. We had a 1:30 pick up appointment. The manager called literally 2 minutes before 1:30, to see if I was going to show up for the appt, then proceeded to tell me she would be there in 25 minutes... 45 minutes later she shows up.My car was totaled that morning, two kids in the car after hitting a deer on the hwy, and I was trying to rent something to get my car home. When I simply inquired if there were any discounts for our time waiting after she shows up with no apologies - her first response was I can take my business elsewhere and told me I could leave. Her UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNNECESSARY response turned into a long winded rant about how she didnt need my business, because U-hual (who I was renting from through AllStarTowing) only paid her $4.60 for the transaction, how I dont know her life and what she had to do to get here.My voice was calm as I told her, all I did was ask a simple question, we wanted to proceed with the transaction because no where else around had a one way drop off for the tow dolly. She YELLED at me multiple times, if I didnt want to pay the price there was the door, to take my business elsewhere. If I didnt have two littles in the car I would have. She then PROCEEDED TO FULLY IGNORE ME for the rest of the transaction, made it a point to said if I spoke another word she wouldnt rent the dolly to me, and then dealt with my SO while I stood silently.One simple questions shouldnt have warranted her nasty, unprofessional, crazy response. Im sure she will response back to my review, because Ive reviewed other posts and make up some BS response of how it didnt go down this way, but as I told her in office, my voice wasnt raised, I wasnt swearing or threatening, I simply asked a question about a discount because she couldnt manage to be on time for her job. I am not responsible for how much money she makes at Uhual, so her response was completely unnecessary.She is the manager of the company who honestly has no business being in the customer service industry. I have never been so disrespected over a simple question in my life. If could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would.After taking my car back to Medford, 30 minutes away, loaded it up, drove it across the parking lot to check the straps to make sure my car was securely loaded, we realized we had a giant nail in the tow dolly tire and had to wait 90 minutes for road side assistance to come change the tire. After my interaction with the manager and her employee/husband getting the tow dolly ready. I honestly cant prove anything, but wouldnt be surprised if they knew about the nail or added it just out of spite, that is how awful this place is.ALLSTARTOWING AND THE MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

Very unprofessional, I was told to SHUT UP multiple times and then hung up on. They wanted $1090.00 to get car out of impound placed lien on car after 72 hours random special charges $250-$350 in cahoots with state and local PD

These folks were SUPER nice. I called them by mistake thinking they were the towing company assigned tome. They were so refreshingly professional. I got a call back clearing things up and making sure everything was OK. I definitely put them in my contacts list. Thank you!!

Waiting on another tow company for 2 hours and decided to call Ray. He sent out Ron and within 15 mins he arrived. He was super nice and fixed my tire. Super great company. 10/10 would recommend.

This company stole my vehicle off the side of the road. My vehicle was not tagged by OSP and had a large sign stating we had a tow truck on the way. The company also lied the first time I called saying they didnt have my vehicle. They then created a false itemized list in regards to the town and the fee they wanted me to pay was over $1000 on a tow 6 miles from their business and the vehicle only there for 16 hours. They would not let me make payment s after telling me they have given other customers payment options. They then filed for title and stole my vehicle without my knowledge as I was trying to get the money. I later learned that the tow truck driver is a known drug addict and car theif for over twenty years in our community. They owners are addicts as well trading cars and parts for drugs. I have now hired an attorney and am filling a class action law suit. The owner also told me they do free towing for Oregon State Police. Thats why the OSPolice would not help me get my car back.

I highly recommend this tow company. From the moment I made the call, until my car was dropped at the shop, it took only 45 minutes. The driver was at my location in under 20 minutes. No hassles, super friendly customer service, both on the phone and in person. A great 5 star local company!

These people told my friends she couldnt get her personal belongings out of her car without paying 800. She was in an accident with her two children and went to the emergency room. Total crooks!!!

I dont normally write reviews, but I had a terrible experience with All Star Towing. My Mom had a medical emergency on I-5 S and was taken to the hospital via ambulance, and her car was towed by them. They charged $900.00 just to pull it off the freeway and park it in a safer location. The woman I spoke to on the phone at All Star Towing was really rude and did not want to repeat herself as my fiance had already talked to her, and it was pretty clear they were lying on the phone. My Moms car insurance company was pretty baffled by the tow company and were puzzled why the tow company would charge so much just to just pull it off the freeway to a safer side street. The tow company later claimed the car was actually at their facility. It kind of seems like this company banks on taking advantage of people in distress and banks on insurance companies paying the absurd tow bill. Its too bad there are not more regulations to protect consumers from tow companies from charging absurd amounts. I understand you need to make your money, but please dont take advantage of people... All Star Towing just added to the stress of the whole situation to help my Mom out.

My sister was in an accident last night and called them this morning to arrange a time to go get her expensive items from her car the lady who answered ended up saying till I hear from insurances Im not releasing then. While my sister was on the phone with her insurance I called them she was very rude, telling I dont know the laws and she wouldnt listen to me telling I have to pay my Bills just like everyone. Attempted to explained to her I had been in accident ts and dealt with may tow yards and all of them allowed me to get my stuff immediately next business day. Also attempted to explained I have a criminal justice degree and indeed knew the laws and I asked her why she had such an attitude when I didnt and I was super nice while she was nasty. She ended up hanging up on me very not professi9nal.

I wrecked my car and was in the hospital for 3 days. I payed the $650 tow bill and signed over the title to them just so I could get my stuff out and anything worth money they took. They gave back my 24 TV but took my $300 GPS and $100 headphones along with multipul other items. $60 a day storage fee for 3 days and they took over $500 worth of stuff. And lied about having my wallet until I seen it sitting on their desk.

The lady that worked there was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Telling me to shut my mouth and listen. If it would have been my brother it would not have been good. Her attitude was the worst ever. Im not trying to be mean but I have have never seen anything like that before. Thank you.

Dennis was incredibly professional and took care of me and my mini van very quickly. Unlike another local company that tried to gouge me in this weather, asking $350 when 5 days earlier they did the same job for me with my other car for $125...All Star did the job for a flat $100. Im so very grateful. Thanks Dennis!

This place charged me $500 to get towed less than 10 miles. They tried to charge me for two days lot fees, even though my car was there for less than 18 hours, then tried to make it seem like they were cutting me a deal. They didnt give me any kind of price quote until the next day and refused to tow the car to my home after the car was already on the tow truck (my house is only 1 mile further than the tow yard). They seem to have a scheme with OHP, insisting you need a tow, even if you legally dont need one. The driver seemed high on speed. The lady on the phone is incredibly rude. The guy who runs the place seems nice enough, and I did enjoy the family feel, but this place takes advantage of people at their most vulnerable. Call caveman.

Daughter was in serious car accident on I-5 and All Star was called to take daughters car to their lot. Called a couple hours later to retrieve personal belongings and even though yard was closed the driver named JD met me so I could get her belongings. Thank you Michelle and JD for your awesomeness.

I called them to come and pick up an abandoned vehicle at our place of business and they came within 2 hours! Excellent service and very professional on the phone. I had been waiting 2 weeks for another tow company to come and they kept making excuses and promising to come and never showed up. All Star got right on it and took care of us! I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful and fast service after calling around to multiple places getting the go aound. I called all star and that is an understatement. They were professional and to the point helped get an abandoned vehicle off our property that had no keys was locked and sitting here for over 7 years.. thank you all star!!

The worst tow experience of my life! The tow truck driver was very uneducated about the towing procedure and legal matters as he was towing my broke down truck. He clearly misinformed me as to the process that need be taken. Upon visiting there place of business at a dirty broken down parking lot off rogue river hwy(where its a miracle i didnt get a flat) they had small children working (washing the cars), they were extremely slow to acknowledge me, and when they did they spoke condesendingly toward me and charged me an outrageous bill of $260 for 2.6 miles. The office attendant then arrogantly told me she could have charged me the 60 dollar storage fee but she wont. But after a remark was made about my truck only being there but 15 minutes, she decided to charge me that $60(for opening my mouth she said) to get my truck back. Totaling $320 to have it returned. i was so disgusted I paid them the amount in full and called the nearest tow truck company which was 3 boys (who i highly recommend)and had them come get my truck, they were much quicker, ten times more friendly, and only charged me 50 bucks for the same trip i just paid over 300 for. Overall, my experience was as pleasant as nails on a chalkboard and I would not call All Star towing if they were the only tow truck for a hundred miles.

BEWARE This company that the OSP “Oregon State Police” callls when a vehicle is to be towed is breaking the laws. And the Oregon State Police is aware of it and allows her to do it. The DMV Department of Motor Vehicles even stated after we have had all the proper paper work for her from DMV “It sounds like she wants to keep your car” is what was said wen I had returned back to DMV to find out what more I needed. It’s a slap in the face when our own police ( who’s wages we pay as tax payers ) to support that company who has no respect for the law. How is it that all right that we are to be law abiding citizens and that company Allstar Towing is breaking the laws. I would never ever call this so called Family Own Biusness. The pictures are nothing like what it really is. It reminds me of a rats nest filled with cockroaches In Every corner. Not even her own personal vehicle is worth over 500.00 so any one with a decent vehicle can kiss it good by. Or some one with some financial support could sue that company for not being by the book and I believe could be shut down. It could be the community’s lucky day to see that eye sore out of there and a law abiding tow company working with OSP like they should be. And when is it a civil matter when grand theft has happened here.
