Truck was stolen, they towed from where it was found and charged me 300 bucks for a 2_ mile tow I feel like I was robbed after truck was stolen. Non caring individuals I would never recommend there services too anyone. And they stole the drone out of my pickup..

They sold my daughter a car for 5000 broke down and is not fixable its rusted out completely in entire vehicle it lasted her 30 days. They hid behind the as is sign. So my daughter and her kids no longer have a car thanks to these low lifes. Keep passing on bad cars to innocent buyers fellas. They were very rude when we called them also BUYER BE WARE...you never tried you hung up on us and we were polite by phone people should know your not trust worthy period. 3 mechanics told us you had to have known this car was rusted out they even gave us letters stating so

I was stuck on the side of the 5, late at night. The driver not only checked the tires and put on my spare but drove ahead of me to show me the next freeway entrance. I cant recommend them highly enough!

What a great experience dealing with this company! I drove almost 500 miles to look at a 05 Jeep that I had spoken to Rich Jr about over the phone. I was reluctant at first because of bad experiences in the past with other places but to my surprise Rich was honest and the Jeep was every bit as good and clean as he had told me. When I got there I met Big Joe. What a good guy! Big Joe was upfront and honest and very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the customer service! I ran out of gas a couple miles away from town on my way back home and Big Joe went out of his way to come bring me some gas! I’ve bought several new and used vehicles in my life and it’s very rare to find the quality of business I found here! I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here! Great place very respectful and helpful

Sold me a car for $2,250 that needs $2500 in repairs.Reset codes so I couldnt see. Car is only worth $2800. I will never buy another car from them.Edit: The car had massive oil leaks in both the front valve cover and the rear valve cover, they pressure washed the top of the engine to hide the fact there were major oil leaks.The cars radiator hoses were bad due to a bad manifold gasket allowing oil to mix in with the radiator coolant. The oil seeped into the hoses and caused them to become mushy.The tires had to be replaced as they were not safe to use in winter weather.They reset the cars computer to hide the MANY codes it was putting out.I took the car to best way auto for inspection and while they found a lot of the issues they failed to find the most expensive repair the car had.Never buy a car straight off the lot. Take the car to be inspected by your family mechanic. A lot of these car lots have connections with the mechanics and the mechanics wont be completely honest in their dealings with you. Pay the $100 to have the car inspected by a known good mechanic and it could very well save you from buying a $5000 lemon

This is by far the most friendly, and reliable towing company I have run into. Theyve not let me wait any more than 15-20 minutes max, and are always knowledgeable and helpful.

When my RV wouldn’t accelerate and I was stuck I called 3 Boys Towing. The gentleman that contacted me couldn’t have been more perfect for my situation. I feel he went above and beyond explain what was happening. As it turned out I did not need a tow after all. He suggested to drive it home ( to Oregon City from Rogue River). If we got stuck again he would come rescue us. He even called me on my cell to see how we were doing. We made it home with no further issues and saved us a lot of money in the process. I give them 5 stars and excellent service. Very appreciative after a very stressful start to my day.

Our SUV broke down on I-5 at Stage Road Pass while towing a trailer. Rich was the only guy available that could tow the SUV and pull the trailer. He was knowledgeable about good repair shops and brought us to Kellys in Medford where we had an excellent experience and were back on the road by noon the next day. I was stranded in Grants Pass. 3 boys towing was very helpful. He came and jump started by prius. I followed him to the dealer and he then took me to the hotel that I stayed in.The truck was clean and very comfortable. Was not a greasy, smelly truck at all. I would highly recommend them if you need towing service

Cancelled my tow, through my insurance unauthorized. Called to confirm my tow I confidence it was for 9 and canceled it 4 minutes later and said he said he was no longer available. Sarcastically apologised I called him on it, told him it was here he didnt and he said okay goodbye and hung up.

These guys are the best they have towed my vehicles more than once and they have always giving me a fair price and being courteous and professional on All Occasions I would recommend these guys to everybody and to have people call them before they call anybody else
