I drove 2 hours for wax services due to few options in my area and was not disappointed! Erica was so sweet, professional, meticulous, and happy to answer all of my many questions! :) I was unsure of the type of bikini service my vision required, but Erica was flexible and made it work in the time allotted for my appointment and guided me for next time. The lovely woman at the front desk is very kind and helpful as well. The atmosphere is calming and luxurious and the room is comfortable and sanitary. Of all of my waxing experiences, this was one of the best. I highly recommend Erica and Spa EVie for all of your waxing needs!

I had a great massage therapist here, but the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. I have not been able to schedule an appointment. For the last 4 weeks, I have left messages with no return call. When I actually got through to the receptionist last week, she told me she did not know the schedule of my therapist and that she would call me back. She never did. I was excited to find this spa, but it has been a major disappointment as of late. I would recommend you go somewhere else if you want to be able to schedule a spa service or desire decent customer service.

Hands down, the best massage I have ever had. Gwen worked some serious magic on a body thats seen better days. From the booking process to the minute I left, it was like being wrapped in a warm cocoon of caring. After the massage, I spent a private hour in the Zen Den, which was pure bliss. Skip the expensive spa at the fancy hotel and come here when you need some self-care - I know I will!

Just passing through town. I really needed a treatment. They were able to schedule me in at a decent time with little advance notice. I got a good massage and paid the going rate. Very lovely decor inside.

This is one of the most serene and peaceful places I have ever been. The massage therapist there are awesome, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Me and my wife are very glad we found this place. Cheri the owner is super nice as well, would defiantly recommend spa Evie to friends and family.

Not the best customer service - we sat in the waiting room without being greeted for over 10 min. My mom and I wanted massages at the same time, but they put us in the same ROOM, with side by side beds. Meaning we had to get naked together and have our massages in the same room. Super odd and honestly uncomfortable for both of us. My mom said her massage was so-so, but mine was GREAT. Arlene gets 5+ stars, just wish they had better customer service. They have a salt room and sauna as well.

I recently moved to GP and was referred to Spa EVie for Lash Extensions. I have gone 4 times and I will NOT be returning. I have been getting my lashes done for 5 years in New Mexico (Lashd Eyelash Extensions, Mandie) and I understand my responsibility (dont get the lashes wet for 24 hours, dont sleep on them, dont wear mascara, etc.). I kept giving Spa EVie the benefit of the doubt. Each time I communicated that the lashes fell off within a week and I wanted a fuller look. I was told the problem was my lashes. If I had not had 5 years of experience with a Master Lash Technician, I would have believed this nonsense. There may be one person that can apply lashes effectively at Spa EVie and that is the owner. She doesnt accept new clients so I was stuck with the very nice but inexperienced newbie... this has been a waste of time and money and most importantly I dont have the service I truly want. I am giving them 1 star because this is a beautiful spa, they are very nice, and other services may be good

Not super impressed. Can never get anyone to answer their phone. Left several messages, never got a reply. Groupon will expire before they ever answer their phone to get an appointment. Cant understand why so many good reviews. Customer service stinks.

Recently moved to Grants Pass, and wanted to start getting massages on a monthly basis. I picked Spa Evie at random from the reviews here, and Im so glad I did! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The new building is beautiful. Amy has been my masseuse twice now and does an amazing job. Today was my birthday, which popped up in their system, so after my massage, they actually had a piece of birthday cake for me at the register! 😍 it was so cute and thoughful. Every staff member Ive interacted with is just so nice and sweet. I am completely sold on this establishment!

My wife and I went here one day because we wanted to try a infrared sauna. Shannon was nice and offered us Kombucha on tap (blueberry or coconut) both were great! We got the zen den package in the private room which included a steam sauna, infrared sauna, shower, changing room, drinking water and a Himalayan salt room. Our favorite part was the infrared sauna, it had Chromotherapy with at least 10 different light schemes which was nice and it made me sweat profusely which is great. The infrared sauna was tight, only a 2 person sauna but it was fine as I was with my wife, if you bring a friend or a relative it might be to small. I felt absolutely wonderful after I showered and left due to my pores being cleansed. The room looked and smelled really clean as well, which is surprisingly nice in this kind of establishment.-They provide hydration (water and Kombucha)-They provide cotton robes, cotton skirts, sandals and towels-The rooms have showers with towelsI didnt know these things and I brought unnecessary clothes and drinks, you dont need anything except yourself, an appointment and a little money. For an hour we only paid around $40 dollars using Groupon, it was well worth it.

Well I was also underwhelmed and disappointed.I went for a spray tan and another service that was okay...The technician that gave me the tan was not very good or trained well atall... my feet did turn orangish and she did not wipe the substance off near enough and did not give attention to the crucial details as far as hands and feet... THEN she told me it was only her second time doing this procedure!.. I had to go home and scrub my feet and hands so I wasnt embarrassed!

Very intentional atmosphere, recommend some time in the zen den before body work- sauna, salt room, color therapy, etc! Suzie is wonderful and I love that she uses aromatherapy and pressure points.

Went in to treat myself to a really nice mani pedi, I spent almost $130 and was really disappointed. The mani set up was really uncomfortable, you cant put your knees under the table so you have to lean forward to be able to put your hands on the table. And its out in the lobby, it doesnt feel like your getting the spa experience. The lady i had was nice but I can paint my nails better at home. The pedi room is pretty but the copper bowl that they have to put a padded board on for your feet isnt practical. You cant really rest your feet fully on it because it will slide ride off into the pedicurists lap. For such a nice spa I was underwhelmed with the experience. Especially for the price I paid. Ive had more comfortable and pretty mani pedis for half the price.
