Took my car in for a dent in the hood. The wait for the appointment was long but definitely worth the wait. It was done injust a few days and looks amazing.

I love the positive attitude at this shop. They gladly gave me a quote and assured they could turn it around quickly. I told them no problem, take your time. Well, they ignored that and got it out the door quickly.They are experts in German cars as my 2008 Audi didnt phase them. That, takes years of experience and expertise.I would be pleased to go back again, but I hopwe that I dont have to!

My Toyota Venza sustained damage in a parking lot hit and run. I went by, got a written, detailed estimate. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Owner and staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I am well beyond satisfied with the work done. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing their services.

DJs did a fantastic job on our Camry. The dent and scrape on fender and door and wheel was not only fixed but the car is so shiny, everyone thinks we got a new car. The best part- they completed the work a day early. I would recommend their work to all my friends.

Dirk the owner is one of the best men I know over the yearS when fixing our car always done when he says never hidden fees and a man of his word.makes it very easy to go there time and time again and never makes you feel you got ripped off I have 3 daughters and a wife and would trust these guys to help them anytime I wasn’t around and know they were not being taken advantage of at a shop!! I used DJs to fix my car after it got hit. They took longer than they originally had estimated. They apologized, paid for my extra rental car length, and did a great job on the car. I trust these guys. So I used them a second time when I accidentally scraped my co-workers car in the parking lot. It was private pay and they did a great job quickly.I just got hit by another driver yesterday and had my van towed to DJs because I trust them to do a good job, be honest with me, and to treat me right when they make a mistake. You cant ask for better service than that.

We had a bout of bad luck with our vehicle that sent us looking for a local body shop. We heard about Dirk at DJ’s Bump & Paint from a few different people and decided that’s where we would go. They did a great job on our first visit and were very accommodating. A few weeks later the same vehicle had to be brought in for a different issue. It was fixed in a day! I would recommend to anyone.

Some time has passed after my dealings with this place, but I can tell you my car was almost 2 weeks later than they told me. And now, after seeing the work they have done shows me I waited for nothing. They just about half assed everything asked of them. The bumper they painted now sags, the headlight they fixed went out 2 months later due to lack of cleaning, and my paint job on the hood has clear flaws. Would not recommend.

First impressions can only be made once. The owner of this place should send his employees to some sort of customer relations class because the one that answered my phone call was very rude. Moved on to another place.
