Oh I just love this group of guys. I take my son and daughters car to them and they are great. They dont try to sell you what you dont need and lets you know what is due. They are considerate to their coworkers they are training. Highly highly recommend them.

Theyve always been respectful and professional with quick service. My tires are always pressured exactly as I request, oil changed and done promptly. With full synthetic the oil changes are a bit pricey but no more so than anywhere else. Id strongly recommend them for oil changes and any basic maintenance that they perform.

To replace blinkers in tail lights 14.99 a bulb. Little expensive.Service excellent

A professional place of business on the automotive industry. The store I visited was in Granite City and the store employees were professional in their actions before and during my visit. Wait time from arriving at the store until time in the door was bad at all. Price for Service was a little steep, but overall not a bad experience for the first time. Thanks for your time and .

Ive had issues with other Valvolines in the past, but I havent with this location.Other locations usually push getting things done that you dont need. This location in two seperate occassions has actually told me Im early for the oil change and probably dont need to yet.

Had to be the quickest oil changed in life! lol so serious!You pull into the bay & that’s it! The workers just start going to work on your vehicle, one stands at your car side with tablet to enter your info and ask a few questions and while they are calling out what needs done, there’s a camera with both the top people touching your vehicle on the screen for you to watch as well as the people in the bay below your vehicle to watch!The customer service is beyond great and the pricing can’t be beat, they accept their coupons upon price matching! BEST PLACE IN TOWN WITH .....zero trying to up charge you!

I will never take my car back to them. They messed up my air filter box. I called Headquarters for help they wanted to make sure everything was resolved but at valvoline in granite city,il the fellows was saying different problems but i never had a problem car but that air filter everytime they touched it. So i felt like they didnt want to fix it by saying bring it back again. I done brought it 3 to 4 times already. So i dont suggest going to any valvoline oil changes in Illinois especially granite city or glen carbon Illinois if they mess up u just going to pay for it. And they messed up my cables on my battery i had to have carx put in new battery terminals because they took the old battery out and then the cables wouldnt keep car running. But carx/Toyota to the rescue. They dont know how to work on cars they only know oil changes thats it. Period. Keep ur car safe go somewhere else. Safety first.

I called got a price then when I went there got my oil changed, they charged me a different price than what I was quoted on the phone!! Not happy!

Wonderful place! I bought a groupon but never received the appropriate information to redeem it. Realizing that half way through the oil change, I was scrambling to find coupons to help offset the added expenses. Even though it was not Valvolines fault, the manager credited my oil change to reflect the price I paid for the groupon. He was wonderful, I have had my oil changed here for years, and staff has always been amazing!

Went in for an oil change but they decided to force a bolt into the plastic engine cover that was two times smaller than the bolt and let me go with it dragging on the ground. Also didn’t even put my plastic pipping on correctly so it was left hitting my fan.

Efficient, friendly staff. I miss the days when an oil change was about ten bucks.

Will never go back. Tried to say my battery was going bad. Its not. Said my transmission was going bad. It isnt. Charged me for extra oil. Have never been charged for extra oil ever. Said air filter needed to be changed and they were correct. Went to change next day the whole thing was loose and they unplugged the hose to the engine and never plugged it back on. Id avoid going to this location.

Broke a clip off my air filter box and then when I ask if that will be fixed Im told it wont affect anything so no we wont fix it. This is the newest car Ive ever owned and for the first thing to break isnt even cause by my own doing. Will not return to this place of business.

... at the end of the survey I just submitted I thought there might be a comments box- two things I wanted to say: I dont recall anything about a green offer / ecology impact I suppose, and the survey only offers yes/no response. and at the conclusion the bonus/ discount for the survey requires printing out a coupon- I dont have a printer connected so hopefully the discount will be viewable at the V* center at next visit. The only other thing I could add would be that some time the V* site will have their diagnostic computer working where I can get a reading on my car without having to go to auto zone or somewhere else. Otherwise, no complaints about the service & appreciate they look things up online when questions come up.. theyre very good at assisting as well as the jobs they do there.

If you like over paying for an oil change this is the place to go they tryed to charge me almost $60 for a basic oil change for cheap conventional oil I cannot believe he tried to sell me conventional oil for an engine that requires full synthetic they dont care about nothing but making money they dont even put the right stuff in the car do yourself a favor and educate yourself and change your own oil you will save lots of money!

Well the oil change service itself was quick and friendly, however, they didnt do any of the checks they said they did beside the filters because they could upcharge for the services. My tires, fluids, battery, etc were not checked as indicated on the piece of paper they give you. I dont like companies that lie. Its unfortunate this is $45 oil change without any of the extras they advertise. Also when confronted regarding seeing them not do any of the things they marked as ok on the paper, they didnt lie and stated they didnt do it.When asked why give me a sheet that said you did then? No response, but they checked my passenger tires only and put me on my way. Sketchy. On another note, there was no one waiting behind me, so there was no reason for the subpar service. Disappointed.
