Business was a little hard to find, but open for business. They had my antenna tuned up in ten minutes and was reasonable! They work on all kinds of radios, so I will be back!

The tech is super cool and informative! He helped me install my radio in my car so that I can switch from my car to my house with ease! He has a great collection of radios and equipment!

I looked at the reviews and was a little skeptical. I wanted an expert to sell and install a new 10 meter CB. I made an appointment and showed up early. He was able to stop what he was doing and help me. I am 100% happy. Vince sold me a great radio and installed it. He helped me learn to use it. He helped me a week later troubleshoot an issue. All immediately no questions asked.

The owner is very Knowledgeable about CB radios! Very pleasant guy to be around and answered all of our questions while hooking up radios in 2 trucks. Will definitely go back when my New Truck comes in to hookup my Ranger CB with 250 watt kickerbox!!

The best CHOP SHOP in the business! Sells used radio claiming its out of the box with no explanation of the scratches all over the radio! Do NOT recommend! Take it to first trash radio with Vince and your on your own! You have been warned.

I emailed them about a part Ive been looking for while we were traveling in the area. After a week we are leaving without any response. Why do companies have email if they wont respond. Even a simple go away and leave us alone would at least be something.Revised...I was contacted by the company. It seems my email was marked as spam. They didnt have what I needed but I did get a response. I fused I should know by now not to trust email.

Fantastic service, grabbed the parts I needed instantly, knew exactly where they were. He made a custom coax for me on the spot. Helped me install it in his parking lot and checked the SWR for free. That’s the way business should be done. Great job !!

I had a Great visit with First Class Radio, I have bought a New Mirage Radio from a different place, but I needed my SWRs checked out and they got right on it ... The service and the price is very reasonable. And checked all of my connections. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Got my cb packed and tuned.. They made sure I had the best set up with antenna and everything for my truck..I got to watch them do everything step by step and they didnt mind answer all my questing as they were installed it and check everything to make sure it was all done100 % correct.. min after i left I was talking to a guy that was at mile marker 27 and I was at mile marker 19-20 and he was coming in clear as day 7-8 miles in front of me .. I will be going back if i every have a problem or when I get a new truck so they can set that truck

Vince is a Very Intelligent Man Well Versed in many areas of Electronics .. The time you may have to wait, maybe a day or 2 is well worth what you get back which is a First Class Fix and or Installed Electronics at a MORE than Fair Price ~!! I Will and Have Recommended many to him over the years and was always Thanked by whomever went and got what they needed done in a Reasonable and Timely Fashion .. I will Use Vince and his shop again for any and all of my Electronic Needs ...

Selection is good but wayyyy too overpriced for used equipment. Will return probably for cables but if i need a cb or walkie talkie ill go to the store. Also tell the lady who works there attitude is everything...

My friend took a Kenwood ham radio to First TRASH Radio and when he called to see if it was fixed, They said, What Kenwood radio? We dont have your Kenwood. I took my Ranger and a brand new Workman 502b mic to First TRASH radio and droped it off. They called me and said my radio was ok but my Mic had a bunch of BAD PARTS they had to replace. It was a BRAND NEW mic. They voided my warrentee on the mic. I took my radio back to them 3 times to try to get them to make it right and each time it got worse. How do these clowns stay in business? FIRST TRASH RADIO...!!! :=(

This is the most unprofessional store I have ever encountered! I took my radio in for some repairs and later when things werent working correctly, another shop showed me where the tech had installed components on the underside of the printed circuit board instead of the correct side of the board. FIST CLASS told me the radio would never do more than 15 watts AM and 18 watts SSB. Sent my radio to Trucks CB Sales in Glasgow, Ky. and it now does 44 watts AM and SSB.Additionally I had a friends amp that the power supply had become weak in and so I took it to these two jokers for a simple power supply upgrade/repair. When I got it home....the cooling fan would barely spin and if you keyed down....it would stop entirely and the LEDs would dim to almost no indication. I called them expecting a request to bring the amp/power supply back to them for a proper repair and they told me that it worked great for them. Remember is was never placed in amp or power supply mode by me and it wouldnt work ....so how did I damage it? They proceeded to place the blame on me and refused to fix it without additional dollars which had already reached at least $200.00. Vince the shop manager was rude and his big glutton of a tech was lost in space. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM AS THEY ARE INEPT IN THEIR REPAIRS. Junk radios laying all around and located in one of the worst locations in the St. Louis Area, Edwardville area. I WILL NEVER LET THEM TOUCH MY EQUIPMENT AGAIN.....PERIOD!!!! THIS IS A FLIGHT BY NIGHT REPAIR SHOP THAT WILL LET YOU DOWN IF YOU ARE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO LET THEM WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT. TRUCKS CB SALES HAD THE AMP/POWER SUPPLY UP AND RUNNING FULL POWER IN A MATTER OF HOURS!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND A LOT OF MONEY BY AVOIDING THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! They have the worst costumer service I have ever seen and feel such relief that they only got to rip me off on two items. It is worth sending your equipment to Trucks CB Sales if you want reliable and fantastic work. They provide a video of your repaired unit in action just to show you that it got a quality repair!!!! I personally hope First Class Radio in Edwardsville goes out of business asap.....so that nobody else gets this kind of treatment!!!!

I needed/wanted a specific antenna mount for my pickup truck. I sent an e-mail and Vince replied promptly that he had one in stock. I drove about 35 miles to get there and was pleased with what I found. Garren (spelling?) helped me and I ended up getting everything from their store including my new radio, antenna, SWR meter as well as the stake hole mount I was after.Pricing was exactly what I expected for retail with in-person customer service. Name brand equipment (FireStik, Astatic, Cobra) was all 2-3 dollars more than websites but even the radio was $13.00 less than MSRP so overall I was pleased to get my stuff same day with customer service help.

I wouldnt buy another radio from them if I had too said the peak and tuned it and didnt plus had to call several times to get it shipped

This guy is a rip off I dropped off a Yaesu 101 that he said he could fix about 8 years ago plus $100 worth of tubes for it I have tried several times over the last few years to pick my radio up from Vince and he makes excuses and will not return my radio to me I will never do business with him again or recommend anybody.

Took my car there to have a speaker replaced that I brought to them. They put the speaker in but scratched my door up and broke a piece to the door handle. Instead of telling me he broke it, he thought I wouldnt pay attention to it. Not honest or repritable . He said he will replace it only after I told him he needed to replace what he broke.
