Years ago and even now I dont have aproblem with Berts they always done right by us. If you havent got it in the store you always find it for me.They have been so nice to us in the store and the delivery guys been awesome. Thank you guys yous have been awesome.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up at my job when I was a day late. Sent men to my house to pound on my door while smoking a cigarette in my doorway on THE DAY my payment was due. Called the day before my payment was due multiple times. Terrible terrible customer service.
Purchased a stereo outright from the manager, Mark. Got it home and discovered that the bluetooth only works if you stand next to the thing. My first and main concern prior to purchasing was does this have bluetooth Mark responding yes. Will we tested it right then but failed to think about the distance the bluetooth allowed. I can understand being in the next room or something but not being able to step away more than 5ft is not acceptable. I love the system so we went online to try and trouble shoot the issue since the stereo was sold used with no manual and discovered the the item brand new from the factory with free shipping and no tax was less than $200 plus dollars. We went on their website and saw that they do have a excellent return policy that says can return product at any time in bold letters. Which gave us relief. We called with our concerns and was told that they would call us back because Mark is the one that handles returns. The stereo is huge so we wanted them to know we was bringing it before loading it up in our truck. Of coarse we never received a call. We eventually called from a different number and got a hold of Mark who told us that he had to talk with his DJ (Chris) because he knows how to program the bluetooth and he would call us back. Hold up what about the more than $200 get over charge and the return policy. And I have never heard of programming a bluetooth. His exact words was we have to make money so your not going to pay what you would pay from the factory and I have to talk to my boss about returning it. Well long story short when we go on their website now it says their website is suspended. He said there are no returns and no warranty. I contacted the bbb and the federal trade Commission. I cant believe how they went about this and Im greatful to not have to be a customer that rents from them. I can only imagine how they treat their targeted consumers. I call suck up the $620 but what about the people that really dont have it or the elderly people do you get over on them like that? They are dead flat out wrong and get overs to the up most extreme. Mark most have a bad cold or a bad sinus infection because he sniffed the whole conversation. Im hoping he was not feeling well and a little delusional that day he did this for a reason behind this nonsense.

Purchased almost $5000 worth of furniture a few years ago while living in Granite City; we loved the service. Moved to downtown St. Louis. I called to see about ordering a new living room set, and Mark basically hung up on me. Wish there was an STL location.
