Scott is awesome. Very knowledgeable and very helpful fixed up my car fast and properly. Even showed me what was wrong and showed me after the repairs with the new parts. Great repairs going on here!

I have been called 4 times now to authorize extra services. I explained on the first call that they have the wrong number. They keep calling me about someones vehicle needing certain parts and needing the okay to move forward. If youre reading this and you havent been called, you might want to call them since they cant call the right person. I have never heard of this business before the calls started or have I ever used them.

Owner refused to offer a repair solution saying the strut hub was so rusted he couldnt replace the strut. I not only had it replaced cheap but also once the strut was removed there was NO rust under it

Bad, dishonest and sexistGives you one price and charge more when you go to get your car and when asked why the charge is hundreds more the old man raises his voice and saids never said that and we are mistaking.I can understand if price is a bit more. But on a simple job.... were he only changed one part ...and he charged hundreds more after the fact. 60% over charge because she went to pick up instead of me. SexistDishonest at best.

Ignore the reviews from people whom have never set foot in the place. Human error does happen on occasion. Getting a phone number wrong is no reason to give a negative review. This place is a legacy....No one else touches my vehicle.

The older man that runs the place is so nice and helpful. Appreciate their help. Highly recommend.

Sent in my BMW and they took no time diagnosing the issues as they came up and quickly got everything fixed. Will be my go to mechanic for the future.

My car has been in the shop for over 2 weeks now for a check engine light that came on after I got it out of their shop for a coolant leak that was fixed but now its taking way to long and I keep getting told itll be ready this day or the next day but they still havent gotten to it. Besides that the prices are great considering the type of cars they work on.

Decent prices considering they work on expensive European cars. Many other shops wont work on Audi and Bmws. They are fair too. Smaller but effective shop

I had gotten a flat tire late one night, and this was the closest place I could get my vehicle to. With it being an automotive repair company with other vehicles with flat tires in the parking lot, I figured it would be no issue leaving my vehicle overnight. Boy I could not have been anymore wrong. I called them at 7:45am the next morning to be immediately verbally threatened and talked down on by one of the employees. I was told that I had 15 minutes to move my vehicle or it would be towed. When I showed up, my vehicle had been gone through and ransacked by this employee. Then this guy decides to come outside and start verbally attacking my wife and myself right infront of our two children. At one point he even clinched his fists and raised them as if he was going to hit one of us. Luckily for this old man, I actually respect my elders even when they disrespect my entire family. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible.

Herman is THE MAN . These guys do honest work at an honest price. They will print off old receipts for you. when something goes wrong with my vehicle I call the shop for advice and a ballpark estimate over the phone. My final bill has always been way less than the estimate given.If you drive a foreign car and are worried about the dealership killing you in repair costs fear not. PFC imports will hook you up!
