0/3 on being able to replace watch batteries. Lackluster all around take your business elsewhere.

I have always received great service here.

Staff was decent with the technical part was not knowledgeable in services though. Atmosphere was as is to be expected in a mall setting. The prices are fair and the products are top notch.

I had an issue with my watch on a very busy day after Christmas. Marcey did more than her share of hard work that day and was still able to accomidate my needs. This was my first experience with watch services and I was more than satisfied. Thank you again. 🙂

Sent my watch in to be fixed, and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. Its now been 9 and a half weeks and still no call. When I went to ask someone who works there the status of where my watch was at, they told me that they still dont have it and had no other answers for me. I asked if they could ask their manager to give me a call because he said his manager would know but they never called. No questions have been answered and my watch still has not been received, nor do I know where my watch is. If my watch is lost, I expect a reimbursement for the cost of my watch.Update: it’s now been four months, since I dropped off my watch in December. I still have received no updates about my watch and what’s going on. All I know is that the part was backordered but is being fixed. But that was in February. No one has called giving me an update on anything. I was promised 8-10 weeks. It’s now been 16. When and if my watch arrives, I expect a reimbursement or a significant discount.

Messed my brand new watch up. Dont go there. Waste of my 14 bucks. Watch band not right! Not happy.
