Dylan G. was my driver in Grand Rapids. This man was an absolute blessing. I blew a brake line and was stranded. Not only did he come get my car off of the roof of a parking ramp that several other tow company’s refused to do because of height clearance/turning radius, he was such a positive and personable guy that he was able salvage a bad moment into a good day for me. Would recommend this company, and specifically Dylan, 100 times over.

Im not sure which office Travis works at so Im leaving this review on every page possible cause he was just THAT GREAT. After days of dealing with car stress the last thing I wanted to do was wait for a tow company. I was given an estimated wait of 30 mins...not bad. When Travis showed up 10 mins later I was very pleasantly surprised. He was efficient and did his job with a smile. Thank you again Travis! Youre the bomb!!!

I call them to tow my 4 wheeler cause for some reason it lost power after waiting a hour after being told he should arrive in 20min the driver arrive at the location and drove past and left i called dispatch she said she would stop him and turn him around long story short she never sent him back and they stopped answering the phone ill never recommend or use them again i was stuck in the rain almost 3hrs
