Classic helps manage our NEC phone systems and we also have them do our network cabling from small drops to entire building layouts. They are fantastic people to work with - always friendly, informative and prompt. Network cabling is always (handsomely) service looped and labeled appropriately.11/10

Had them out to install a new (to us) phone system. They were great every step of the way. From the initial call, to installation, and when we had them come back out to fine tune some things. Great job by all.

We are a small business and we used Classic Telephone to install a new phone system. Once we had signed the paperwork for the job after having gone over ALL the details, things started going downhill. The equipment worked fine, but suddenly the original quote DOUBLED in order for us to get what was original promised and agreed upon for the system by the original salesman...We were left in a corner forced to pay up to get an operable system. We received next to zero apology despite the problem being 100% the incompetent salesmans fault and costing us a significant amount of money over what was agreed upon. We heard a lots of oops, I forgot about this.... and I forgot to add this in the cost from the salesman. We are happy to have a up to date working phone system in the end but would never use or recommend Classic Telephone. To be fair, if I could give the installation crew 5 stars I would, they were helpful and friendly.

We are a small business and have used Classic Telephone for all our phone needs. These guys are amazing, they have saved us from phone problems more than once. I highly recommend them.
