Great customer service. Really low priced, but with a high return. Will do my taxes here always now.Not sure what the 1star rating is talking about. There is no female owner. All males with a female receptionist who is super sweet. I think they are rating the supermarket which is on the top floor. The tax office is on the bottom floor.

Honestly a terrible experience, first off the employees maybe need to be trained properly to put the information in correctly, to pater find out I owe and that didnt warn me they were gonna take all of my taxes. Wouldnt recommend.

Some things can be over priced and some are fair. Definitely the female owner needs some costumer service training she Llways seems to be so mad and allways haves a attitude.
