Im confident to use H&R Block again.

Poor customer service, wouldnt recommend this particular location.

Since when do you set an appointment for 2:00 and doesnt get seen until 2:31? Just to have a walk in come back with papers to start the process and the worker says oh Ill just be a bit with him and Ill get back to you. That defeats the purpose of an appointment! Need to work on punctuality and customer service!

Charles Bennett has been doing our taxes for the last 21 years and is very accurate and detailed! I cant imagine anybody else doing this for us.

Because Mr Bernette is always very helpful curdious and explains everything to me and makes sure I understand.

Mr. Bennett was very professional, kind and respectful. He made sure that everything was explained to my Wife and I, along with an understanding and he made sure that we received everything we had coming but, this is nothing new to us, he took care of us last year as well. Thank You!

A bit pricey, so make sure you have an estimate of what it will cost before you go in. As far as Tax Preparation goes, I had more than just a W2, and Charles at H&R Block made the process easy to understand. What took me many hours last year, doing taxes by myself-Getting them done took about an hour.

Great work by great tax advisor. I learned how to set up the information I bring in for best use by your people. I know I can trust that Im getting the best help possible. And He is a nice guy. And if I need to do anything differant the next time I come in, Ill get that information.

I have been going to Charles for the last three years now and I have never had this much ease in getting my taxes done. He walked me through a divorce, unemployment, government work, military hazard duty pay, and now my first civilian full time salary job. No matter what was going on he was on top of what I needed to provide and how to get me in and out with little to no stress.
