Great experience with Service Professor. There was great communication with each visit and the technician was always on time or a little early. John did a great job diagnosing the problem with my A/C unit and gave me honest professional advice on how to proceed. I ended up using their BOGO deal and got both my A/C and furnace replaced. Tony the install tech was very thorough and answered all my questions so I was comfortable making the purchase. Joe did a great job on the install and other than the nice new equipment you could hardly tell they were there. Joshua also did a great job on the duct cleaning. I was really impressed with both the quality of the work and the customer service. I will definitely recommend Service Professor.

This was my first time using Service Professor for any sort of work. I was intrigued by their $99 drain special but figured there would be some up charges or something else that would come with it. I was pleasantly surprised that they did exactly what they said they were going to do and got things working and never tried to sell me on anything else. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well.

Colter came out and did a great job. Was thorough and transparent with pricing and issues we had. Very kind and respectful. Enjoyed the responsiveness of the call center for scheduling and how quickly we were able to be helped.

We had a small motor that required replacement. Our tech also looked for any other possible issues. None found. She found a replacement part, quickly retrieved it and returned to install. Excellent service.

Well I thought of give a try; and had $99 special promotion fine tune for our 6year old heating and A/C system. Gentlemen spent almost two hours, went through thorough inspection. I would say it’s worth of money. Best thing was, he was explaining what he was doing. Very professional.

I had some back up issues with the main line but Noah handled the situation right away! Eric was also great at helping finding the root cause of my issue.One thing however, I am not sure who but someone from your company showed up to my house unannounced the next morning ringing my door bell and knocking at my door. This was very odd and unprofessional. Please if you have my phone number and email, contact me through there instead or at least give someone a heads up that you are stopping by.

I originally left a 5 star review but after some thinking I realize that the person I was sent (Jay) was unprofessional and in a rush. He openly admitted to me that he didnt want to get into my crawl space even after I forewarned the company that I had a crawl space so I was confused as to why they sent someone who didnt want to go into a crawl space. I wasted money on a consultation just for Jay to believe he solved my problem when I still have the leak going on and its actually being caused by my kitchen sink going into my crawl space but since I was sent someone who wasnt thorough that wasnt solved. I dont recommend service professor and if someone is going to charge you for a consultation make sure theyre actually going to be thorough with the consultation and their work.

John and Derick were both professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service Professor had a great response time and follow through it has been a pleasure working with this company so far. We are having both our A/C & heating updated as it is 17 years old. The systems have not yet been installed but so far the initial problem solving and design has been an easy task. Highly recommend Service Professor.

We have been using Service Professor for a few years. We just has to have a new electrical service installed. It took 3 days and during that time we had between 2-4 tradesmen on site.What a great group of professionals to have work on your house.They were polite, clean and very hard workers.They took the time to keep me in the loop without asking a ton of questions.They always made time for myself, my wife or my dogs when we had questions or the dogs just wanted to say hi.Just amazing and will keep doing business with this company and mainly because of their staff.Thank you for helping bring our house up to date and allow us many more years of memories.

Ive had Service Pro out here several times for different issues and have always been met with professionalism and courtesy. Every technician that has come through always talked with and interacted so well with my son also. Repairs were done on a great price, quick and always cleaned up afterward. From the first phone to completion of service, this was a great company to work with. Able to get to our upgrade quickly, great communication and job done well. I had them come out to unclog a basement floor drain and Noah did a great job. We have old pipes so Craig came out to use the camera to get us an estimate on updating everything. I was informed of cost and warranties after an inspection and before work began.I would call Service Professor should they need arise in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.I didn’t speak to value only because I am not knowledgeable about it. We had a problem with our basement drain overflowing, we thought from a recent storm, but it kept needing to be bailed. My husband chatted online with Service Professor on a Sunday afternoon, and had an appoitment for the next day! Our service rep was great! He was there on time, explained what the issue was, took care of it quickly, and was cleaned up and gone within an hour! He was professional and seemed very knowledgable. Very pleased with the quick service and great price!

The guys worked tirelessly on what we thought would be a simple replacement of our water heater.However, Tim found major connection issues with the water softening system --which apparently had not been working properly since we moved in ! We kept paying for salt for a system which had not been hooked up correctly ! The guys went the extra mile to get everything connected and working as it should. It turned out to be a major job, hours and hours of work. Tim explained EVERYTHING --and the guys kept their good humor and just kept at it until our screwed up system was fixed. AT LAST its the way it was meant to be. SO grateful.

These guys are the best! They are the hardest working group of guys I have met, and I should know because our pipes were a nightmare! Over the course of roughly 25 hours of sewer line repair on a 130-year old house I felt I received top of the line service. No first-time homeowner wants to deal with worst case scenarios with interior and exterior pipe issues, but the guys at Service Professor made the experience as painless as possible. From the initial team of Tanner and Cory who diagnosed the issue and provided options and escalated service time to help us, to the guys who worked tirelessly to solve what was a headache-inducing hole in the clay tile problem. We were converting from propane to natural gas. We called Service Professor because we thought it would be best to have the same company/contractor take care of our furnace and water heater. However, the estimate we received for just installation of a new 50-gallon power vent water heater was $8,600. We paid the $69 service fee for this estimate. We received 3 other estimates (free of charge) and all 3 were 1/10 of this.

Had furnace replacement and new central AC system installed. They were friendly and thorough. It was incredibly hot the two days in July the work was done. They worked hard and put in extra hours to ensure we would have AC during the heat wave. That’s the kind of dedication that’s hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend!

Electrical box mislabeled and wired funny. Service pro came out, gave us options, and presented us with the best solution moving forward. Added a brand new circuit upstairs along with a surge protector for the house. Service was done extremely fast and well. Crew was polite, clean, and precise with their job. Extremely happy overall

“Bacon” was great! He got our kitchen unclogged super quick and graciously answered all of our questions about our cast iron sewage system. Very knowledgeable!

My sewer line had become detached from our main toilet. They came the same day and fixed it. The service person was polite and courteous. He did the work promptly and verified it was not leaking. He checked all other drains and pipes to be sure no other leaks were contributing to the issue. They also provided an estimate on replacing the water heater which we dont expect to d for a couple months.

Michael Clark was great! Service Professor’s response was quick, Michael was out within 6 hours of my initial call, he was knowledgeable and helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. He had my AC unit up and running in no time! Highly recommend!

Andrew is a very personable and professional young man who addressed several plumbing issues for us very quickly and offered us options on the more complex problems. He fixed an outdoor faucet, a slow draining bathroom sink, showed my husband an easy way to drain the water heater, (and drained it), as well as gave us advice on our water softener. We now have a much quieter garbage disposal that works now too! We were very happy with our service and would highly recommend Andrew and Service Professor. We have had several other services in the past from Service Professor we have been happy with as well.

Tanner was here yesterday to open up the kitchen drain. A couple hours later the drain was running slow again, probably due to sludge falling into the cleared out area. Called them back and they sent him back the next morning. Tanner ran the snake back down and this time we ran a hose from the outside spiket to get better pressure to help clean out more of the gunk, yeah we probably should have done this step yesterday but hind sight is 20 / 20. The drain seems to be keeping up with the flow from the outside spiket at this time.

Josh came out and did a thorough inspection of the electrical system of my mother’s home. He noted a variety of issues, explained things thoroughly and was extremely patient with my elderly mother. He provided several options for her, and immediately forwarded an email that documented everything we discussed including all pricing and payment options. We will be considering them to complete this work.

This was the third company that had come out to unclog my drain. Everyone else evaluated it and couldn’t get it down. One wanted to charge a fortune to do additional work on the drain. They did this for a good price and Andrew was so sweet and personable. I will call them again. They should have been my first call but now I know.

They said they could get someone out the next morning. They gave us a 30 minute notice of their arrival. Joshua, our service Technician, arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous, and did an OUTSTANDING job! He solved our drain problem quickly, and cleaned up his work, He sat down and gave us some tips on how to avoid future issues. Joshua was, by far the best plumber we every used. I will definitely call him if I have another plumbing issue. He even gave our dog a treat. Yes, they honored their $99 quote

We had an unexpected backup in our downstairs bathroom, utility room, and sump pump area. Service Professor was actually the 2nd place I reached to. Wish it was the first! The first place I contacted did not have availability until August 31, a full 11 days from now. That would not work. Service Professor was available and had someone in our home within the hour! They overcommunicated arrival times and the name of the technician (Noah) who would be arriving. Noah was there for less that 5 minutes before he discovered the issue and resolved it. It was courteous, knowledgeable, and kind to my 3 kids who were home with me. He even gave my 3 year old daughter a coloring book before he left. 100% satisfied with the service, and the pricing was upfront and fair with no pressure sales tactics. We signed up for the MVP program. Highly recommend Service Professor if you need help in your home!

Life changing installation! Had a much needed sewage pump installed after having to manually power one for over a year …‘cause a floater switch stopped working. The new pump proved to be a little picky, but Jay got it all figured out. Thanks Jay! On time, friendly, and very polite.

My water heater went out I called they came out right away gave me an estimate they came out four days later and install my new water heater and changed out all of my Plumbing downstairs. They cleaned up when they were done. I had Tim and Trevor at my house I am super happy with my service. Theyre knowledgeable and really nice guys had a really good experience.

Weve used Service Professor a couple times before and have always had great experiences. When Steve and Caleb came out to install the hot water heater for us it was no different. I was so impressed with Tim Moons work replacing my light fixtures in my house. He was on time (even a little early) to the appointment, gave me a fair estimate on the work done, was personable as he explained the estimate process, and was extremely knowledgeable about the electrical work he did. Not only was the work done quickly, but he even took it upon himself to fix my screen door on the way out just because he noticed it did not close right! I called because I had a plumbing issue. The young man that came out was very nice and friendly. After he gave a good try, but could not fix the problem, he said we should have the plumber come out. My fixtures are scratched and not fixed, and I should pay again because they didn’t send me a plumber???? No way. Done with this scam.

This is the first time I post a comment about a company, but this one is important. You need to stay away from this company. I had a service contract with this company. They changed the service contract without notifying and it was always very difficult to schedule any service throughout the time I had the contract. They always overcharged for any service and when they did visit, the quote for any changes or work was ridiculously expensive. For example, they quoted me over $1,000 for changing four smoke detectors. Of course, I didnt accept that and cancelled the service contract. A company that is not about providing great service, but instead more interested in taking as much money out of your pocket as possible. Stay away from them, unless it is okay for you to overpay for any little work.Follow up:There is a thin line between attention to customer service and aggressive marketing tactics so that people dont publish bad reviews about this company. For example, in their response failed to indicate that they did change the contract without proper notification and they cant deny that their representatives in the field carry out aggressive sale tactics to coarse for one estimate, the more expensive. They just highlighted the aspects that make them look as they are doing all possible to deal with the situation and the customer is the angry, impossible to satisfy individual. If you are considering this company, just shop around before making your final decision... thats all! (ah! please dont call me after reading this follow up!)

Technicians Michael and Eric came out to look at a sewage pipe. I do not think I could have had better techs come out. They were on time, extremely professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They were open to all questions I had and answered them in a detailed manner. I was thoroughly explained all options to fix my problem and I can say that for any work I need done I would go to Service Professor because of how both Michael and Eric treated me.

Im on the 4th day of a natural gas line installation for a BBQ. Note that I already have natural gas at my house. This was just to extend my line to outside.I was told it was complete last week, only to find out the last piece of the connection wasnt there when I tried to hook my BBQ up. I called and asked to have someone come out to finish the job. I was promised I wouldnt have to pay anymore money. But I got charged yet another $150 today. And guess what? It still isnt working. Im more than $1100 in. Ive taken off work 4 separate times. Will I ever be able to use my BBQ?!

He worked quickly and the job was well done!I do with they were able to give a more accurate window of timeframe for their arrival so that I could better plan my day, but not a deal breaker and no fault of Tims!

It was dark messy, job that took longer. The price was the same, done in one day, because double crew was sent out. The most kind and caring group, professional and cleaned down to the last request. Phoenix had the cab door open, when I asked or help lifting a heavy bag. He came back inside with a smile. Good people, good work.

Very professional. The HVAC tech we used was extremely nice polite and patient as I fumbled through some of my questions. I was a little put off by pricing for an HVAC filter though as it is substantially more expensive than what I can obtain myself.All in all, the professionalism and transparency was greatly appreciated although I did end up paying around 70 dollars for a 10-20 dollar filter replacement.

Had electrical issues Tim and his co worker Mike found and fixed the problem.I would give Tim 10 stars if I could. very happy

Andrew was our plumber for several projects we are doing (completed bathroom faucet and future tub renovation). He was courteous and very informative.He was great at educating us on different optiows but was not pushy and gave us lots of flexibility on what we could do based on our price point. He was very honest during the process and made sure were were completely satisfied before leaving - 5 stars
