I am very happy with the service that I received from Adam today. I called and within 30 minutes, he was here. He explained what was wrong and explained how he would fix it. The appointment went so smoothly and everything is working great! It was my first time calling and probably won’t be my last but Mr Rooter is the only place I’d call. Thank you!!!

The technician took care of a pretty tough problem, so very happy about that. Installed a new supply line on the toilet which is a better choice, which seemed above and beyond, so I’m glad that was done. My only complaint was discovering water had gotten into the basement. We have a storage area directly under the bathroom, and one large bucket was half full of water. Not sure at what point that happened, but some of the items in the bucket are ruined - nothing extremely valuable fortunately. Other than that, a great job.

This company got out to my house very quick, and they were super friendly, from the receptionist to the actual repair guy, Bradley, who is amazing at his job. He installed a shower where there wasn’t one existing in one day as well as the installation of a water line for my dishwasher! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! Mr. Rooter was able to provide same day service on a Friday. They used their own floor coverings to protect our floors. Jim was friendly, respectful and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. Jim was also very personable. Price was very reasonable and better than other companies that could not provide same day service. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to other customers that have a clogged drain.

We had a plumbing problem (1 of many living in a tri-level home for the last 11 years), I had called another company (Mountaineer Plumbing) first to come out, what a joke! The guy quoted me $1500 for jetting our pipes.Mr. Rooter saved the day for such a reasonable price and on top of that, were so kind and so thorough. Service professionals were timely, friendly and efficient. Work was diagnosed and completed within 1 hour. A tad pricey for the time spent on the call, but worth it for addressing the matter during a holiday weekend.

I was really happy with the service that Mark provided. I had had another plumber out to my house for my issue and he barely did anything. Mark stayed and figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He also saved me thousands of dollars since I didn’t have to do the service the other plumber recommended. Everything is working great now!

Steven explained everything so I knew exactly what was done and how long it would take to unclog the main sewer drain. He was very courteous and finished within the timeframe. Would definitely recommend them.

Called them and had my appointment set within 24 hours. After estimates were done I was able to get everything repaired the same day. No mess, or dirtiness around. Will book them in the future if any other issues come up. No complains or negative issues.

Had a failing water heater. Tech was in my home less than an hour after calling. Mark Ippel was my service technician. He was prompt, very personable, and did great work. He put down a drop cloth to protect my kitchen floor, cleaned up under sink and carried out garbage with HEAVY old disposal unit for me. Installed new disposal and installed all new pipes inside. Of course he ran the new unit and made sure all was flowing nicely. He gave me some very helpful tips and explained everything he did and why. Id highly recommend Mr. Rooter! If I ever have plumbing problems again (knock on wood I dont), if possible Id ask for same technician. 😃

Super response time and very friendly staff. I was anxious because I had no experience with this company, but they were so excellent! Our plumbing issue was resolved quickly and I got estimates on other potential project/fixes. Worth the money and I feel confident in suggesting this company to anyone. The tech was very good, but the auger didnt work, so he did the best he could . Dont think its fixed yet, but have not called them back . Wish the machine had worked..

They were amazing. Same day service, picture of repairman in confirmation email, repairman explained the issue and how to fix it. I cant them 5 stars because of the price. I wish I had done more research to fix the issue myself.

If you want to spend money, but not have anything actually fixed, then hire these guys. $400 later and the leak they claim didn’t exist is definitely still there AND CLEARLY VISIBLE, and the bathtub that he supposedly unclogged is clogged even worse now. So yeah, I’d say it was terrible service. The guys was here for 3 hours and I feel like he just stole our money and made things worse.

Adam, from Mr Rooter, was an excellent technician. He explained his initial observations and what he planned to do, for no charge. He then quoted me a direct price for the next step. He completed the next step and successfully cleared my clogged sink. Adam went above and beyond in explanation, care, and thoroughness. He took his time to make sure the job was done right. I also found out Adam is a veteran. I’m proud to support our veterans. Adam is a stand up guy, representing Mr Rooter well.

We had a root problem in our line from the house to the septic tank. Adam and Jim came in and were very informative about what they had to do. They showed my husband and granddaughter what they were doing on a tablet. It was amazing seeing it. Would definitely use them again. Adam and Jim were great.

Scheduling was easy and I was able to have someone dispatched the next day for 2 non-emergency issues. Jay was great! He was professional, timely, communicated well, and went above what was required. He also just seems to enjoy helping others and like a genuinely good human being. I would definitely call them again if I had any other plumbing issues.

Plumbers (Adam and Andrew) just left my home. They were great!! Super nice and professional. They thoroughly explained the “root” of the issue that was causing our main pipe line to back up. They took a camera and showed us the pipes (after they cleared them out) all the way to the main sewer line from an iPad view which was really neat to see. They gave us a status of where we were at with the wear/tear on our pipes and gave us their honest opinion on how we move forward in the most efficient way. The price was reasonable and the communication from the entire team (plumbers and office) was great! Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issue.

I called on the day before Thanksgiving trying to get a leak fixed and find out why my hot water was not working. They said they would be out by Friday and I was fine with that but a little down because I would have to deal with the leak and have no hot water on Thanksgiving. I set up the appointment but politely asked if they could keep me in mind if they have any cancellations but I wasnt really expecting anything to happen. Not too long after that, they called me and told me they had a cancellation and hey could come on that same day! Then they called me again and said that a repair man was on his way! I was amazed at how quickly all of that happened! They repaired my problems within 45 minutes with a fair price all in time for Thanksgiving. I couldnt have asked for better service! I highly recommend!

Mr Rooter plumber was earlier then they told me. He price matched a lower estimate from another company. He explained everything he had to do to unclog the sewer pipe and was friendly and honest.

Mark came out and replaced a couple leaky shut off valves. He was very knowledgeable and even gave some advice for the future. I definitely recommend their services.

Was able to get Mr Rooter scheduled the night before and they were very professional and upfront about the issues, cost, etc.

Had a guy out to fix my water heater. He reset it and said it was good to go. He left and it still did not work. I called back the next morning and talked to 2 different girls who both told me they would look into it and call me right back. Neither girl called back and this is 3 days later. Had to order the part and install it myself. Had the tech spent a little time troubleshooting and reading the fault code he could have fixed it but he did not. And they never called me back. Also Im pretty sure its routine for them to quote you a new unit plus install. Even if your unit is the best brand and in great shape. Id go to a smaller repair operation. These guys act like theyre too good for my business and probably yours too.

Everyone was very professional. Responded quickly! Explained our issue and made us aware another that we will face down the line. And have a few options to look into. Plan to use Mr. Rooter again in the future.

I like that they were available immediately to give a free quote. The dispatch office was friendly and communicated with me frequently until the service took place. The technician Jay was not only great on the eyes but was very nice and very accommodating. He worked diligently to resolve the plumbing issues. I would say he worked over the call of duty he wanted to make sure he tried more than once to fix the problems. Although, it was a bigger job than anticipated he was very sorry but yet offered other solutions that may help with free quote first. I felt this was a great service choice and would recommend them again. I also got a $50 discount anything that could help lower. The price was fair considering all what he had to do. I called several top plumbers they were either extended to after hours which costly and/or couldnt get me in immediately. They also are greedy they charge to just come out which I think sucks. But when your a big top company they scalp you dry! Great company give them a try first!

I have had Mr. Rooter of Grand Rapids to our house for both routine repairs, emergency calls, and most recently a water heater replacement. They have been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable each time. Jay and Adam had difficulty during our water heater install, they identified it, communicated it, and took care of it on a timeline that worked for my family. I highly recommend this service.

We had an issue with the bathtub spout leaking. Mr. Rooter was available for us next day after calling other places. Im just pleased with their overall service. Their office staff were prompt at confirming our schedule for installation. The installer was professional, courteous, thorough, and friendly; he did a great job in installing my sump pump.

I would have given a higher rating, but my service balance for the water line runs into the gas line. Not sure how I am going to service this unit in this condition.

We called Mr. Rooter and wish we hadnt! Not only did they not help with out plumbing issue their technicians were so poorly trained that they created thousands of dollars worth of damage and then quote over $10,000 to fix their screw-up. Its been a week and I still havent heard from management about how they plan on put things back the way they found them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had some maintenance work done and they did a great job but called back for additional work and didn’t receive the same commitment as the first round. Seemed as though they didn’t want to do the work.

They had a cancellation and called me to see if they could come early, that was much appreciated. Service tech was professional, prompt, and clean (wore boot covers over carpet). He didnt leave a trace in our newly carpeted basement.
