Two guys were working today when I went for oil change, the skinny taller guy was very rude and unprofessional, and I refused to deal with him since he was talking loud, and rude and was trying to talk to the other guy. The other guy was also trying to solve my problem and the taller guy didn’t let him to talk to me. He said “I deal with her not YOU”. They were both employees, but the the Taller guy needs more customer service training he also charge me extra this time.

WARNING. changed oil at this location the engine is knocking now, they used SB 0w-20 (Synthetic blend) instead of what the manufacturer recommended 5w-20. The 0w-20 is lighter/thinner then 5w-20. Probably they’ll say 0w-20 is better because probably they know a lot more then the manufacturer. Also keep in mind that oil change shops get deals on certain type of oil by the big container/drum average 350lb and they use that on every vehicle not looking at the manufacturer recommendations which’s obviously not good. Know your vehicle’s oil capacity and type and ONLY go by that if you want a healthy engine.From experience.

The men there are helpfully with every thing if there is something they cant do they will tell you who can.

Great staff

After seeing the good price for an oil change, I thought I would try this place out. The staff was friendly and quick (I was the only car there). The next day I noticed oil spots in my driveway and looked under my car and saw another spot with oil dripping from the drain plug. I was able to move the drain plug with my fingers. The plug was barely on and oil was constantly dripping out. Obviously I will not be going back to this place.

These guys really took time and gave a lot of attention to the vehicle. I felt confident with the people and the service.

The staff were very nice but left my oil pan unsecured, so my oil all dripped out. Thankfully they made it right. Monique is the best.
