Love this place been going for about 3 years and never had a issue. I love that we get the learning doctors and then the real ones what a great way for them to get experience and also a great way to have someone fresh off the books be able to know exactly what is what. You guys rock

This is absolutely THE WORST run medical practice Ive ever seen.2 different doctors wrote an Rx for 30 pills despite the instructions say 1 tablet, three times per day. Ive told them its wrong 3 times now. Still waiting to see if they get it right.The referral department is a joke. 6+weeks to get a referral after I called three times to make sure it was correct and submitted.

At first I felt okay.All of a sudden, instead of 3 people in the room, there was6.Hi, I m doctor so n so.×3.? I was mildly surprised why 3 docs. 2 young boy s, and a real, life size doc.2 of these boy s claimed to be doctors. Come to find out this wasn t true, they were residents.In my 50 year dealings with G.R. and all the stories I have heard of all G.R. Hellaeth care, hospitals, I would recommend everyone to leave Michigan, and don t leave anything behind, and don t look back. Trust Me.

I went to this location to receive my COVID-19 Vaccination. The check in process what quick and efficient. Alecia at the front desk was kind and informative. Dominque, the nurse who administered my vaccination was incredible. She was personal, informative, and made me comfortable. More importantly, the shot itself was quick and painless, which I credit to Dominque completely. Thankful for the lovely staff at this location!

Never had a problem with them before, but my last couple times going there, it was like they wouldnt listen to me. I have been to the emergency room like 5 times for high blood pressure, and never not once got a prescription for high blood pressure other than when going to the er. And now after having this inguinal hernia surgery on October 2nd 2020, and now dealing with the after affects/complications of the surgery. The swelling, the pain, the discoloration, and the other complications. I tried calling to get help, and information on what I should do, only to get an appointment for post operation almost 2 weeks out. I am sorry but the appointment that is 2 weeks out is not going to help me with what I am dealing/ suffering through now. I have been a patient with Metro for many years, but it is definitely getting to the point to where I can NOT trust putting my health into their hands anymore. The health care system is a joke, and it seems to me that they really dont care what the patient is going through/dealing with. I really hope there isnt some kind of permenant damage, because I wouldnt want to have to suffer do to someone elses neglect.

The doctors there took very good care of me during my pregnancy with my son. I had hyperemesis and couldn’t keep down food or liquids. Many wouldn’t know how to handle such things. They took the necessary measures to ensure I had a healthy pregnancy.

Very Unprofessional. Power has been out and they didnt call me to reschedule my appointment. Calling all day on hold for an hour and half just to get hung up on. When they do call to reschedule appointments its far out. You wait and wait for an appointment and get there just so they can have a sloppy hand written sign on the door saying office closed no power.! Very upsetting, time consuming and a waste of gas.! Atleast let patients know whats going on. Very very very unprofessional

Dr Lucas was amazing however when BLAIR the med student came in she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only did I switch Drs but switched back to my original Dr in Indiana. I do not recommend especially if she is still there.

The staff is absolutely wonderful there. I never feel like I am a bother to anyone, and they take great care of you. The Metro Health system is fantastic.

Everything good but we need Nepali interpreter hire because we are facing problems. Phone interpreter is not work properly
