On September 02 2021, I booked a load with this company. The broker was: Rodger Felty, and the account manager was: Patrick Buttarazzi. The NTG load was: NTG LOAD # 4559317.I went to she shipper on time and was sent to another location. I went to the new location and was sent back to the original location. After coming back I was told by the shipper that th load was double brokered the day before and is no longer available.I emailed 3 times the brokers on this load so that they can pay me a TONU.And the stops. They all completely ignored my message. Ill never hall with brokers who dont care about truck drivers. Be aware of their practices and attitudes.Stay away from this company if you can

Communication and attention to detail are terrible. They never follow up when trucks are delayed and never call when they say they will. Pricing is okay. You get what you pay for!

Problem with us is we dont read reviews, people tell the truth there,17 years been a driver but that the worst place to book a load. What ever people write on review for them is 100% truth. Let stay away from them so they can end up cleaning toilets.....thats right and God bless and be safe

Been trying to call Alex for about an hour about a load. No answer. Emailed no answer. Finally called Atlanta and Conner Macieg took care of me and was very Helpful.

Tons of outdated reviews. NTG prides itself in being transparent while providing top shelf customer service. Contact corporate office in Atlanta if further assistance is needed

Thanks for the great job Nolan team as always. But this particular case I had experience something unusual. SO plesse try to stay away from Alexander Rawlik.. what a liar. Do not take his word he will totally screw your day. Just stay away from this guy. So here is the short story.He send me the bol by fax straight to the shipper (the actual BOL that I was supposed to bring to the reciver) and then after 2.5 hours waiting for custom release (IT number) which was supposed to be done before I came for pick up I was finally out loaded with the same BOL that HE send me by FAX. After 15 min of driving he called me and he says that I didnt pick up everything and he put the blame on me saying to me that I dont have the right bol (BOL that he actually send by fax to the shipper and now the same bol is now suddenly a wrong one) . He told me to go back to the shipper to unload everything and paying me nothing or to go to delivery and cut from the rate, ONLY BECAUSE HE DIDNT SEND ME THE RIGHT INFORMATION FOR PU (the right bol). And now Im not getting any TONU .he waste my day. Remember DO NOT WORK WITH ALEXANDER RAWLIK and save your day

It took 4 days for a delivery of our truck. No good communications, mistakes with address, unprofessional.

I work with Tyler Piatt and cannot be happier. We are a shipper out of several locations in the US and rely on NTG heavily for coverage. Minimal issues with this broker and look forward to many more years of business!

Terrible company to work with Daniel Raicevich (Grand Rapids office) never returns emails - wait for weeks for a quote or answer to any problem. Called corporate to complain, was given the phone number for the manager in Grand Rapids, that extension just rings and rings no way to leave a VM. Dont use this company!

Just don’t call! Worse office ever i know i won’t book another load with them especially Pachia Benson! It took me 20 mins on hold to get a hold of someone, once I did I told them I had a lumper and they said they would cal me back with express code! I waited 4 hours and still no code! They are trash!

I been calling their main number listed on google website and also listed on DAT and its continously bussy. For 2 days!

Couldnt be happier with the Nolan team that has taken care of our account. Prompt replies, little issues and friendly staff. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was quite surprised as I have not experienced any of these issues. These reviewers are probably of the entitled generation and cannot even form a complete sentence without a grammar disaster.

Came to shipper in grand rapids, picked up 44000, nearest scale 35miles away, 80,880lbs. Came back, said was gonna remove 1 pallet, they removed it all and broker said tough luck. 85 miles out, scale ticket price, and i got nothing. Andrew pierce was the contact.

They do not pay detention or lay over.

Rude solicitation phone calls.
