If I could give no stars I would.I receive packages from all over the country on a daily basis. I am a freeze dry artist. I caution my clients to not use Fedex, because this has been my experience over the past 9 years.Most of my packages incoming are on dry ice and are time sensitive. My clients spend hundreds of dollars to ensure that the package is delivered the next day.At least twice, sometimes three times a year Fedex will deliver my package to my next door neighbor. Sometimes they will deliver it to a neighbor 3 houses down. Today they did not deliver at all - a package coming from Louisiana on dry ice overnight express. They claimed they could not access my house because of a gate. I do not have a gate. The neighbor (who they deliver to often by mistake) has a gate. My client was understandably upset and called fedex. He was not able to even speak with a manager, just told to call back in the morning. Oh, and no refunds because of Covid. Unreal.The problem with fedex is that they are independently owned and managed. Drivers are sub contracted, so there is a high turnover.However, I have a standing permanent note on my address file with explicit instructions for the driver so they can avoid this issue that only Fedex seems to have. No one else, mind you. Not only do I have this note on my file, but I have a linked Fedex account so the driver could, oh, I don’t know - call me?? Email me?This is why I tell everyone do not ship with fedex. They can’t get it right, they won’t make it right, and apparently they are still using Covid as an excuse to keep customers money when they fail and fail again.
It is outstanding, friendly helpful staff, super fast. But dont go. Because if it becomes popular a line may form one day, and I cant have that 😀 shout-out T,S,B you rock.
My package was scheduled for delivery on saturday, never arrived and now statues is pending no delivery schedule availaible. 800 customer service said I wont get it today since they only do home delivery tuesday - saturday. Then tried to tell me that is was probably a gps issue on saturday that prevented my delivery. I live 2 miles from the building.Now he cannot reach this station on the phone to see why they didnt deliver it on saturday but no answer. Waiting for a call back. I just want to drive over and pick it up but he tells me that I cant, they wont give it to me..... I think Im going to drive over anyway. UPS is FAR SUPERIOR in deliverying when they promise and keeping the trackin up to date. So sad becauser Fedex used to be the best.

This review is not specific to this distribution center but on FedEx as a company. They don’t slow reviews for the company as a whole, likely because they want to look like a great company. Truth is I had two of your employees lie to me about a package being delivered today resulting in me not receiving this package today which was really important containing medical supplies for my son. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with your company over this. It’s your job as a company to make sure your employees know your policy so that us customers are not lied to. I would never recommend your company to anyone and really disappointed that your company is the one the medical company uses.
FedEx is holding my package for the next 4 days after having it on a truck on the way to my house today. After realizing the package would be early they refused to deliver it until 4 days from now or 2 more business days. They told me you get what you pay for regardless if the package is early they will refuse to deliver the package. I watched my tracking and I watched it get updated it was on its way and it never came. They replied with you will get it in the 3rd day and it will sit in out warehouse until then.
Better then Ups and USPS but not the best. I admit I am a very inpatient person and I was very angry that it kept saying package estimated arrival was 5 buisness days away and it never came. I am still waiting. If it doesn’t come by June 2nd I will be calling and tracking.Thank you so much for listening and hopefully they improve,Sincerely,FedEx user
Totally dissatisfied with delivery packages left in driveway 20 feet from road, no knock on door to inform me packages were delivered, Im wheel chair restricted and to heavy for wife to bring in, packages contained $2800.00 of merchandise, had to call and pay somebody to come and bring inside. l feel we deserve to be reimbursed the $ 20.00 we had to pay individual that we needed to call.
I got the shipping detail on april 1st, my package didn’t move until april 6thto the shipping center THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE now it’s saying my package won’t arrive until the 10th. i’ve never had so many problems with shipping. i paid for 2 day shipping so i would like a refund for that. i called twice and both times they put me on mute so they didn’t have to talk to me.

Had to drop off a large, heavy package for return. They were very nice and helpful.
I paid for overnight and it was never delived to my address. After hours looking for it, its at some shipping place. Customer service tracked it down and is contacting the driver. They are just lazy.
Said my order was delivered but found NOTHING in my mail .
Worst experience ever, and they dont follow their own processes. Im just frustrated but things happen for a reason.
They have always given me great customer service and rarely a line of people.
Payed for over night and has been four days this place blows
