I should have checked the reviews before accepting a load to this place. Well I have learnt my lesson and if I ever saw a load is delivering here, I will respectfully decline. I booked a load with this broker going to a different location that ended up cancelling. The broker was kind enough to give me an alternative load that was unfortunately delivering to this place in Kentwood, MI. He arrived there at midnight but a very rude and unprofessional lady informed him he could not be checked in until his appointment time. It was not busy ( Weve been to very busy places where you can understand the logic of strict appointment time). Sorry I digressed.So I told my driver to find a safe place and park for the night and then I made a terrible mistake. I checked the delivery time from the rate sheet of the cancelled load which was 8.00am the next day. The appointment time was 5.00am. The driver came back at about 6.50am but was told he missed his appointment and therefore he cannot be unloaded until he can be re-scheduled again in four days. I accept we missed our appointment but the way the lady talked to my driver, it was with an aura of conquest...,We got you...there is nothing you can do... get out of our yard..well my first thought was to take back the load back to the shipper at my own expense to avoid losing 4 days on one load. After talking to my broker, he reached out and fortunately he was able to be re-scheduled the next day at noon...All this times my driver could observe the docks were either empty or one or two truck!Let nobody think I am in any way suggesting it is OK to miss appointments, what am suggesting is for this company to train there employees on how to treat their customers. Driver are not loser to be treated contemptuously. For God sake you are not running a prison! Try to make it a win win situation not I got you, I win you lose! When we all lose, you will also lose!And no, I will not go back there. I had to cancel a regular run I do from Michigan. They won, I lost! Good luck to those of you who chose to go there, JUST KEEP YOUR TIME.

Showed up and was informed my Monday appointment had not been rescheduled as I was told I had a Wednesday morning appointment. This was at 6:15.No problem they said we can squeeze you in at 8 am.Came back at 8 and they cut my seal assigned me a door and got me unloaded within 90 minutes. QTook longer because I was carrying rolled Oates in bags on pallets. Sometimes they fall over a bit and needed to be squared up on the pallet before they can be removed.It put me a little behind schedule but considering the roads are coated in ice from the freezing rain. I was going to be behind schedule regardless. Maybe this way it will give the sun a chance to come out and melt some of it.LOL!All in all a good experience!

Getting loaded way early... Good people. May see my son later. 9/10/20 he turned 13... thank you. Delivered near by very early. Appt not until 1500.. its 9am. Working me in.... Take an ink pen in with you.......

First load and last load here, believe the negative reviews 100%. I will rather park at a truck stop empty just not to haul a load for them

If you are coming here for pick and decide to try out your luck to get loaded early dont bother, they are strictly by appointment. Lady at the check will give you attitude and proudly tell you to go away and come back on your appointment time even if you are one hour early! Horrible place, Horrible workers, Horrible attitude, if you can avoid this place!

Appointment 10-6-20 at 6 pm I showed up at 11am bc CH Robinson told me I would be worked in. Checked in with the lady at shipping and she said to come back at 6 pm. Wouldnt even let me park on their property but wait on the street.... could kill someone. This was when they had 0 trucks on the dock... shame shame

Unloading is very slow. I arrived at the appointed time but for one and a half hours nothing happened. The question why so long my trailer still does not unload they answered we have two hours for your unloading and you have to wait. This is despite the fact that the forklift stood and did nothing.Second time I visited this place on April 1st.Ive got my trailer unloaded in 40 minutes. The stuff was polite and friendly.Im completely satisfied with your work this time.Thanks.

No overnight parking but don’t worry drivers it take 7-8 hours to unload you between 7am-3pm

Easy drop and hook overnight, but there are not 24 hours and Friday close at 03:00, got there around 02:30. This location never had a problem with them

Great place to unload and the people are the friendliest ive ever seen at a unloading facility dont know if thats because its about Christmas or just alwaysthat way. Id like to unload their everyday! No parking but I parked on the hill next to the facility there is no signs tto say no parking so thats where Im slept quiet street!

Waited 20 hrs to deliver 3 pallets

They took me 5hrs b4 my appointment time, got unloaded within 1hr. That almost never happens

One of my local drivers was there and he could have not had a better experience. He was greeted by the lady at the window on second shift on a Tuesday night. She was very nice and helpful. He said that whenever we had a delivery that he would go there anytime.

This is a great place to get unloaded! The people was really nice and even took me in early! Was in and out in a hour!

Be on time for your appointment! Lots of room to get into docks. Dont break the seal they will do it. Wait times very depending on how busy they are. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great people, broker messed up my appointments. Receiver managed to squeeze me 2 days earlier, rare occasions. Fast to unload.

Was unloaded less than an hour. Dont break the seal, theyll do it. Yard doesnt have a gate but I think they wont let you stay here for overnight, but Raleigh street allow you to wait one night.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, unless they missed their appointment time. I arrived on site at 9:35 for a 1000 appt time. Even after working out a bad PO# from the shipper, I was unloaded and leaving at 1030.

Great place, enjoyable people and a motivated team that works hard in a fast pace environment. A place that cares and strives to do their absolute best.

This is a warehouse and not a store of any kind. Nothing is sold there. Great company to work for though!!!!

Absolute worst warehouse I have ever been to. They loaded the freight on the wrong trailer. The woman at the dispatch window looked like she wanted to kill herself and was extremely rude. Wasted two days of my life dealing with these people. Met another female employee outside in the truck parking area who was even more of a angry person that the one at the dispatch window.
