These guys are great.. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. They explained everything about machine if you where using that machine for first time. Pricing was fair. Very easy in and out. They hook everything up for you.

I can’t say enough about U Rent It. I rented a drain auger, the big one that they have there, and I couldn’t get it down the drain underneath my sink in my basement. (I was able to get it through the main clean-out, but the blockage was in a lateral line from the basement floor drain). When I returned the auger, I mentioned it to Skeeter (one of the nicest women you’ll ever meet) and she immediately said she let me take the smaller size auger for 4 hours (the normal rental period) at no charge. I was able to get my line cleared with the smaller auger.I’ve rented many things from them over the years.Here’s a tip: ask if you can rent whatever it is you need between 4 and 6 on Saturday and they’ll let you keep the item until Monday morning for a single night’s rental.They’re awesome at U Rent It, especially Skeeter.

Rented a stump grinder. They were quick and efficient. I took my 2 ball, but didnt have it in the receiver. By the time I got out to my car after the paperwork, they had already installed one of their rental ball/adapter units and had the trailer hooked up. No extra fees or hidden costs. The employees were friendly and helpful. After what I read about Sun Rental, which is closer to my house, I decided to go to U-Rent-It, and Im glad I did. I plan to use them for everything from now on. A rare joy in what can be a frustrating, expensive experience.

Great service. The stump grinder I rented broke down in the middle of the day. They delivered a replacement to my house, extended the time I was allowed to have it, and only charged me for a 4 hour rental vs a full day rental. I was very impressed.

Their business is very customer oriented, better than the big box stores. The tall guy behind the counter was super sweet, he had me giggling a bit as we talked about my project. Every time I return items, the other guy who runs the yard always talks with me for a few minutes and asks how the equipment worked for me. Just an overall great experience.

RENTED a floor sander saturday at 5:00pm got it home and started to sand the floor, every thing was going great, then the sand paper broke on me, as I tried to put it on the sander I could not get it on, thinking the sander may be broken i called the rental shop, I had 30 min before they closed, the sweet lady working the counter said, how far away are you, I replied 3 miles, she said I will stop by and help you after work, this is one nice lady, and this company is very lucky to have such a nice, polite, and helpful employee, after this I will never rent anywhere else,thank you, Skeeter.
