Dan was able to provide us with a tent last minute for our wedding as the weather turned into a rainy weekend. The tent was absolutely perfect!! We would definitely use this service again!!

I have been here a few times now: once to rent a Uhaul truck and more recently for a drum and rotary sander. Both times everything went very smoothly, and the prices were very reasonable.Mostly Im impressed that owner usually appears to be on hand and was quite pleasant and helpful. Maybe Im crazy, but Ive done vehicle rentals from other places in the past and it was time consuming and about as much fun as having your nails pulled out.

Owner is very arrogant! Walked in he is complaining on the phone to someone on how he got ripped off $1500. Stood there waiting for help for 15 min finally say are you going to help us he remained on the phone still complaining about his loss. We walked out. Wondering how he stays in business. Horrible customer service! And the cotton candy machine is laying on the floor full of left over cotton candy pieces. Disgusting!

Very pleased with the service we have gotten here, any time we have gone in. This was our second time renting a 100 ft power snake. Will continue to do equipment rentals here.

Rototiller didnt work as promised. Belt was stretched. After adjusting engagement pully, 1/16 cable snapped. Took unit back, waited 1.5 hours for new belt and cable to be fixed. Got unit back to house and it still wouldnt go thru soil that had been loosened with a pitch fork! Took item back, didnt even get a partial refund, owner wanted me to pay more for the next size up...mind you, this was my 3rd time in the store in 1 day!!! Instead of gambling again on the old mom n pop shop tillers, I left and went to Home Depot around the corner. A 30 minute and $70 task ended up being 5 hours and $140! Thanks rental #2!The ground was soft, we used a pitch fork to loosen it prior to removing the weeds. No way did I stretch a cable or belt on that type of ground....the one from home Depot cut through the ground like rental 2 should have.Advice for rental 2, sell off, or update your equipment, you are giving Mom and pop shops a bad name.This guy has no clue, we used his rear tine tiller the year before on the same garden, which is why we went back to give him more business. This place is a joke! Lol...nice try dude!

Terrible service trying to rent a Uhaul dont know how they are authorized as well as dropping a UHAUL off and no one is even here with a parking lot full of customers. They need a negative star for their rating wouldnt recommend anyone

Rented tables and chairs. They asked for a deposit and said I could cancel if need be and when I called two weeks ahead to cancel. They told me there was a cancellation fee. Never was told on the phone there would be a cancellation fee. Very disappointed with the service. Would never use.

Store wasnt open even though listed hours say it should be... Waste of my time.
