If I could give this company a minus 100 I would. My neighbor and I waited for leaves to have completely fallen and scheduled our cleanup on the same day so our leaves would not get into each other’s yards. They came a day later to do his and completely flooded my (just serviced) flower beds along my fence line as they blew leaves out of his backyard. They said they can’t guarantee that they will be out the day that you requested, but they accepted the job on the date requested so I don’t understand why they can’t come out on that date. I work with appointments all day long, I wonder how people would feel if I just said “sorry, can’t do it today, come back tomorrow”.It took almost three weeks and six emails to have someone contact me about this issue, I asked them to send someone back out to clean it up. NO. It’s been more than a week (it took them three weeks to get back with me on this), and they refuse to have someone come out and clean up what they put back in.They didn’t do my side yard on the other side of my house and did not perform the edging that I paid for. They are not answering my emails about a refund (they said they would give me 10% back...oh GOODIE! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) so I doubt I will see a penny.I’m in the service industry and have never dealt with a company that has as poor customer service as what this company has (doesn’t have) . Customer service is free and it makes or breaks your business. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and keep the money in your bank account or find someone else.

Used several times for snow plowing. Level of service (cost and quality of service) seems to differ greatly depending which subcontractor comes out. Pricey at times with $ 75 to shovel a set of stairs and a 2-car driveway

Wasnt sure what to expect as our yard is narrow and the backyard has several obstacles AND on a hill. That said, Plowz & Mowz easily did better than I could have -and Im picky! They cleaned off our desk, moved objects to clean in and around, and took care of difficult areas to access. So great work!!

Horrible communication, snow plow never showed up no response whatsoever from the company, it’d be fine if they said oh sorry we won’t be able to accommodate your request in time instead of leading me to believe our drive would get plowed. Tried cancelling and still no reply from the company. Worst experience possible!!!! We had to get up and shovel by hand a very long steep driveway so our furnace guy could get up the driveway at 7 am this morning to fix our furnace that went out in 4 degree weather. Would have found someone else if they just communicated that they couldn’t do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was amazing they answered all my questions and were extremely polite and helpful!

I scheduled a fall clean up and mow one week ago. Noone has actually shown up. Every other day, I get a text message stating equipment failure. Cancellation is free unless you have been assigned a provider. However, when I tried to cancel due to failure to show up, I was told that it had already been assigned to a provider. I am doubting the truthfulness of this company. At this point, I feel like I have been scammed out of $239.00.

Five stars for a five star service!

Overpriced in my opinion.

Everyone needs this app.
