The washers will eat some coins and instead of it costing you $2.75 it will cost approx$4.00 and the attendant just listened to me and examined how the washer worked like I was dumb and didnt knowNever got my money back for the differenceOther than that it was clean and it wasnt overly warm like most places. I was in and out fairly quick.

The place has many machines and always seem to be in working order when I have been there. It is also conveniently located to my home. Prices seem to be fair/average.

This is hands down the best place around town!! I come here weekly and it is always and I repeat ALWAYS clean as a whistle! The lady is always friendly and helpful to the customers. I sure wish there was more ppl in the workforce with her drive and professionalism in her work.

I called before I showed up and asked if they were open and they said they were when I showed up the attendant was very rude and held the door closed saying its closed and it closes at 9:00 on the website but she says it closes at 7:00 in person I arrived at 6:50 I understand that it closes in 10 minutes but they could have said something like that other than shoving the door closed on her face and she wasnt even wearing a mask

Should have the ability to use a credit card to recieve quarters or to use the card directly on the machines. Had to drive a mile down the road, then payed 2.75 to use the damn atm.Otherwise, reasonable prices and clean.

The lady this morning helped with helping in with the cart so very nice .Very clean machines clean as should be floors nice .Good job keep up the good work !!!

Wont be going back to this laundromat. Cant dry clothes on Saturday or Sunday. I understand it gets busy but its still a laundromat. People still have to dry their clothes. I live two minutes away but I have to drive 7 miles to the next laundromat.

What a GREAT, FANTASTIC place to come and do your laundry, but only during the day!!! the night lady is rude and tells people that they are closing BEFORE last load, second time having issues here with this woman. DO NOT come here in the evening if you expect to be treated with decency

The owner is adorable and ON IT. Clean. Huge assortment of washer sizing and they clean well. Not crazy expensive. Weekends are crazy, but during the weekdays. Easy to drop and run back and forth until finished.

Very clean environment, equipment was running good, great sizes for large families with tons of laundry. One of the employees also seen one of my blankets touching the ground, so she picked it up, then proceeded to ask if I wanted help folding my queen size blankets. So she helped me fold about 4 blankets. Very friendly and courteous. I will be back even though I drive from Wayland. It is worth it!!

Woman was SOOOO rude to a customer.... screaming, accusing her of overloading the washer when the poor woman only had a couple pairs of pants in it. Ill never set foot in there again.

Washing comforters, the place is clean decently priced, and the owner is so friendly. She even hooked up some tennis balls so my comforters stayed fluffy in the big dryers. I made sure to return them and thank her.... i deffinately will be back with all my big stuff when i wash!

3pm SAT helpful friendly staff; older facility reasonably well maintained; clean; no wait; police presence across the street keeping an eye on the area; I felt no security concerns; washing dog bedding; said dog is in car waiting for me and if an issue no one will break into it w him there; machines are cleaned after pet bedding is washed (fur nothing bad; I offered to clean the machines myself but the staff said not a problem they’d take care of it).

Cleanest Laundromat I have ever been to. Hours are not what google says. Open at 7 am and last load is 9 pm. and that is 7 days a week! July 4 they will be closing early, and they are closed one Thanksgiving and Christmas day. I have a washer/dryer at home but like to take my blankets and dog bed there. The washers get all the dog hair off. My only comment for those who have had things stolen. In my perspective if you left your things and didnt stay and watch them then that is on you. The ladies there work very hard to keep it as clean as possible. Watching your laundry is not their responsibility it is yours. There are signs posted on the walls warning you that they are not responsible for the loss of your clothing or damage and as far as finding dirty needles and crack pipes and all that I have been going here for over five years and never saw any of that. This place is clean the machines are well maintained yes there may be one or so down here and there but you cant expect perfection, but they do aim or it. My advise to those who are afraid of having something stolen is plan out your day so that you can sit with your laundry. A laundromat is not a daycare service for your laundry.

Washers do wash clothes good but dont leave your clothes and your baskets unattended.

I seriously come here weekly, because the washer/dryer provided at my apartment are low quality. I have NEVER worried about people stealing my clothes.....and let me tell you I actually left 2 dryers unattended for 3 or 4 hours. It was completley by accident but nothing was touched. The attendant is always friendly, and depending on the time of day...there are a few different ladies. Usually nice and quiet, always clean, sure to get a refund if a machine eats your quarters. I would recommend this laundry mat to anyone.

Somebody broke into my car while I was doing laundry. I was moving out of Grand Rapids, so I had all my stuff loaded into my van. I quickly stopped by here to wash some clothes, and when I came out, I found out somebody had smashed my back window, and stole my guitar and laptop. This place needs a security guard 24/7.

Clean place,friendly owner, good people there. I go there every weekend plenty watchers,and dryers. I recommend it to anyone.

I was almost robbed at this laundromat. There are always homeless/junkies heckling people for change at this place. If you dont give them any, they go outside and wait for you to come out by your car. I had a seedy looking guy that kept blocking me on the way to my car. Another guy jumped from behind me, and try to snatch my phone out of my hand. But I held on to my phone and started screaming. Both got scared and ran off. I had my laundry stolen multiple times, and this is the last straw. I am never going back there.

They have beggars outside asking for change. They have bus stop near by and it attracts all the seedy/shady people to this laundromat. Some of the customers complained that their clothes were stolen from the dryers. I stopped going there for my own safety.

The owner was very nice and the machines are much newer and a very good price awesome service im very pleased.

They only give you 4 minutes per quarter. Rip Off!!!!

Just watch out for people stealing your clothes. They come in and try to see which dryer has the most expensive clothes, then they steal your clothes and walk out. They goto the bustop, get on the bus, and you will never see your clothes ever again. Its kind of funny to see people goto the bathroom and their laundry is missing when they come out.

Somebody stole my clothes and I stopped going there. There is alot of homeless/druggies going in there to use them bathroom or looking for things to steal. I sometimes found used syringes on bathroom floor and busted pipes, people with dead/drugged out eyes staring at machines, or taking clothes out of the dryer and running out.

Always plenty of machines and a clean facility.

Ive used this laundromat on numerous occasions having to do my laundry while laying over in Grand Rapids from my truck driving job I have found none of the situations people previously have complained about.
