My key got stuck going down the ramp and the it was difficult trying to get it to come down into the slot. The glass door was a such a huge inconvenience because you had to push it in which only hit the top of the ramp making it harder for my hand to fit in to obtain my key. It would be easier if there was a lift glass door. There were several customers and employee who had to shake the machine and use a paper clip to get my key out. Never again will I use this.
