Went in with a bad pump and impeller housing off a very old discontinued spa. Jake and his team were super helpful they didnt quit until they came up with a solution that worked for me while I waited. Ed who works upfront thank you for taking good care of me also. Where do I begin... Currently we are in the process of selling my parents estate. Just before the summer had started, my realtor had mentioned that she thought having the pool open for showings would be a huge plus....I arranged for Polynesian to do a scheduled full open of the pool ...My husband and I decided to take the tarp off only to discover the liner had ripped...Mike came out and did an estimate and we decided to go with them for a liner replacement.The liner looks great however they didnt cover up the existing trim around the steps, so pool and steps dont match. While gone on vacation, I received a text saying the pool liner was installed and we could finish filling the pool...??? I had spoke to a few people in regards to the fact that I needed the pool up and running because I had no clue what I was doing...when I got to the house to check on everything...the pool was bright green, no equipment running, no chemicals added and there was a dead bird, dead chipmunk and a dead mouse floating in the middle of the pool.A week later and several phone calls of empty promises to finish the $5,200 job I paid for and STILL no one has come out. Absolutely furious considering Ive had to reschedule the photographer for listing the house twice already...I will NEVER go through Polynesian again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.The awesome neighbor who lives a couple houses down works for a pool company and helped us out, THANKFULLY we are on the right track 😉...

What a great experience! Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. I shopped around for a hot tub and am very happy I chose Polynesian Pool & Spa. Right away I felt welcome in the store and Ed help me choose a great hot tub. Highly recommended!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have a hot tub that had a leak, I called and Jake in service was amazing. He had me take pictures, he explained what was wrong, sold me the parts and showed me how to fix it. They could have easily told me they had to come fix it and charge me way more. Its nice to know there are honest people willing to help you and not rip you off. I will definitely go there from now on. Thank you!!!

Great experience. The staff was very helpful and able to get me everything I needed from replacement parts for an old spa filter to an affordable pool solar cover to bulk chemicals. Ill definitely be making Polynesian my go to spot in GR for pool and spa stuff.

I’d like to shop local for my chemicals but not gonna shop there anymore they never wear masks.

Called and set up an appointment, told me it would take 3 weeks for them to come check out what I needed for a hot tub repair. But they would make me the first appointment of the day. Took off work and waited for them for 2 hours today. Showed up and let me know they got stuck late on their other appointment. Cool. Had no idea what could be wrong with my hot tub, some guesses. Could order some parts offline and try that. Show up 2 hours late, no remote ideas about whats wrong still charge 150 for being there for your 30 minutes. Thanks.

Since we are not going to be vacationing for a while we decided it was a good idea to jump on a hot tub before inventories were sold out. Cary stayed upon a little later to accomadate our schedule and the hour drive. he was very patient and not pushy. I am in sales and do not respond well to poor sales tactics. Tub to be delivered later today!

Outstanding staff and great customer service.

These guys are great. I spent all summer last year constantly trying to keep my pool chemicals balanced. Even after taking numerous water samples to another place, buying everything they suggested and following their directions, I couldnt get it under control. The first time I described my issue here, the gentleman was able to tell me what was wrong, how to correct it, and as a result I spent a lot more time enjoying my pool and less time maintaining it this summer. Highly recommend.

I recently needed a repair on my hot tub. Jake, the service manager, came out withanother technician . I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.Jake has the gift of good customer relations. He is a valuable employee in my opinion.The repair was done quickly but he never made me feel rushed when I asked him afew questions on the functions of the hot tub.

I stopped in today with 5 of my children to have my pool water tested. The guys were really nice, fast, and helpful. They answered my questions, and everything the children asked too (sadly uncommon). It was nice that their goal seemed to be to help, rather than move onto the next guest.... And they even gave the kiddos a little treat!

Kerry knows his stuff, this is the best hot tub sales and service place around, plus they have awesome deals on rebuilt hot tubs. I wont go anywhere else, and reasonably priced repair services!!

My pool filter broke two weeks ago, after trying to get other companies to help me I finally gave these guys a call. They came out THE NEXT DAY after I called them and set me up with a new filter. They were also willing to work with my home owners warranty unlike other places, which was a breeze. It was awesome, they even put some chemicals in there to try and get it looking good again before winter. I would recommend them to anyone.

We bought our spa here because the prices cant be beat. Very happy with our decision. Update: almost a year later and we still absolutely love this spa. The downside is that it raises our electric bill by $150.00 a month. They are not efficient in the least.

After a year of my hot tub setting broken found these guys. No one would fix it was a big job needed two filter housings changed all of the other hot tub places told me to just get another tub. Not @ Polynesian they had no problem fixing it 2 filter housings and about a dozen jets and a crack in the shell. They fixed it all and still cheaper than replacing it plus i have the hot tub back that my wife and kids love and it is working again. Had someone come out for an estimate. Couldnt focus during questions, moving head around, disinterested and appeared to be under the influence of something. Had no presentation, and the entire conversation was self-directed. Actually ended the conversation after 10 minutes. Never had anything like this with the other pool companies. Ended up calling the store and spoke to the owner who didnt seem to care. I explained that as a business owner he should care about what type of image his employees convey and he could be heard talking to another employee or customer about something else. Didnt care about the issue. Will never recommend or contact again. There are other pool companies out there and are much more caring about potential customers.

I purchased a 24x36 pool from Polynesian in 2013. It was installed promptly and works beautifully. I have had very little maintenance required and Ive been able to buy what I needed when I have needed it. Yes, things break -- especially when people use pool implements like swords :-) -- but as a whole Ive been very happy with my pool and the support Ive needed when its been needed.
