Purchased a new hot tub. It’s been leaking since day one lose an inch of water every three days. They came to the house four times to fix it. Then they brought it back to the store to fix at the shop. And it still leaks. They state there’s nothing else I can do. So I guess I purchased a leaking hot tub. I’ve called the rep twice they will not call me back. I want a new hot tub please

We replaced our hot tub last year. Have been extremely happy with the nordic tub, the price and the quality of the tub experience with the jet flow and ease of maintenance. The staff was very helpful and informative.

Great crew here! They were able to get me in docked and loaded quickly. Also able to answer all my questions about how hot tubs are made. Got to see some hot tubs being assembled and tested.It was a great experience and I actually learned some stuff to give me a better understanding of the mechanics and structure to help me make a future purchase.My wife and I have not made up our minds whether we want a hot tub or swim spa.

Always a trip worth making. Great friendly staff, definitely a place to buy the best made hot tub. Shop local and factory direct. Great prices. Ask for Rusty, very knowledgeable, and down to earth. No pressure. Highly recommended. This is our third Nordic hot tub.

We bought our tub from Vicount. 2 month in the lights/cup holders stopped working. We live in the northern thumb area so getting anyone to come out here seems to take months. Finally after the first fix it happened again this time I was referred right to Nordic. Again waiting months for a fix. Then it happened again I was told this was a known problem in the engineering. They came out again! Now it has happened again. I contacted the guy who has come out the last 2 times. He was nice enough to call Nordic for me. Only for them to say Im out of warranty! This is a known problem. Stand behind your product people. These things are not cheap. Only reason I didnt give them a 1 is until now they have been helpful and friendly. Im 6 month put of warranty on a known problem thats not right.

Love our Nordic Hot Tub! Jane, our sales person, was very professional and helped us pick out the perfect hot tub to fit our needs. Kip, in technical support, was very helpful in answering all our questions about maintaining our Nordic Hot Tub. We know that they will be there to support us if we ever need them!

You can see my previous review which was five stars below, however I have since changed my review to 1 star after years of loyalty for the following reason. Nordic has started charging double MSRP on parts. Not double the cost, not a reasonable markup, but double. I do not expect them to price match online companies. I prefer to pay a premium, a reasonable premium, to local companies who have treated me well and I would like to continue supporting. However Karma charging twice the manufacturer recommended pricing is unacceptable. I was recently charged $190 for a gecko wet end that I can purchase directly from gecko for $80. It is my opinion that this is beyond reasonable markup, and after my complaints fell on deaf ears with management I will no longer be doing business with Nordic.Nordic is an absolutely great company, that makes quality tubs. Shantel in sales is a pleasure to work with as well. My only complaint is parts pricing, I do not expect them to match online prices, and Id prefer to pay more to a company local to me, but 100% more is a bit ridiculous.

After much talking to them and research I decided to buy their Encore LS - the top of their line. Upon delivery the ozone generator did not bubble or work at all. They replaced it and it still did not work. After a month they figured out that they did not engineer their tubs with the right size jet for the ozone so it was not working. They replaced the jet, but then the tub leaked from the new replaced jet. They came back out and fixed that, but then the ozone generator went out again. 3 ozone generators and multiple visits and repairs later and still no ozone. (my tub is indoors so this took lots of time out of my schedule meeting/waiting to meet them). Their tech told me they got rid of their design engineer, which I confirmed with them. (They only have an assembly engineer, not a mechanical engineer for design). Also they use the main pump to circulate water instead of a seperate circulatory pump. This is bad for 2 reasons: 1. Obviously this puts lots of extra wear on the main pump, causing it to need early replacement, which is not ideal for a $600 pump (circulatory pumps are around $50) and 2. The hot tub constantly overheats because of the extra heat produced from powering the main pump. Many times I went to get in and it was totally overheated which puts the computer into a safe mode where you cannot turn on anything or do anything until itc cools back down. I tried to post a similar review on their facebook, but they block bad reviews from there, which says a lot about them as a company. I tried to address these design flaws with them multiple times, and finally had to threaten them with contacting the better business bureau and legal action, at which point the wrote me a check in full and took their POS hottub out of my house. Now I am left with a hole in my custom decking that will not fit other tubs so I get to redo my entire decking and find a new tub. Wish this company would do their job and not cut corners and try to cheapen up by not employing engineers. This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made, despite researching them and initially believing them to be a reputable company. STAY AWAY, THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!
