They have tons of band gear and very knowledgeable staff. Plenty of audio equipment to make your event sound great :)

On Stage Services is a certified Marshall service center, and I was considering taking my guitar amp there to be repaired. I called and talked to Amanda; I received kind and courteous service. I had no complaints until I referenced their business hours. 10am-6pm Monday through Friday, closed on the weekends. Im not going to take two vacation days to drop off and pick up my amp in Grand Rapids. Who isnt open for at least a few hours on Saturday? I dont get it.

Posting a three star review simply because their business hours dont make you happy, despite being impressed with all the interaction you have with them, is silly. Heres to balancing the rating out. Probably gonna have them check out my PA system this week. Looking forward to seeing how they do with the repair, despite them not being open 24/7 and on Christmas.

I love working with Onstage for backline rental. They are prompt and have a personal touch to their business. The equipment always shows up in great condition, with an informed backline tech. I highly recommend them.

Definitely recommended if you have a decent tube amp in need of service. They are very thorough and fixed my amp after other places couldnt figure it out.
