Really great company to work for. In my time Ive been there, Ive acquired skills that benefited me and helped sharpen my education. With those skills, it helped me score a job that I felt confident I could work at. The staff was awesome and cared about your growth and potential. I recommend working there if your pursuing a job in technology or operations.

Tech Defenders was a wonderful company to work with. My small school was discarding some older iPads. The process was easy and they were very fair with their assessments. Alyssa Anderson was great. She kept me informed regarding the status of my equipment all through the process. I highly recommend Tech Defenders if you have older technology equipment to discard.

Tech Defenders is the real deal. The process was extremely easy. They send you packaging and bubble wrap to pack up your devices. The time from contact to delivery of check was very long but most of that was my fault as some of the devices had not been unlicked. I was sent the list of locked devices. After unlocking, the process went quickly. I highly recommend them if you have old devices that you are trying to offload.

Although I worked here briefly, I enjoyed the co-workers I had here, and felt very valued by the people that ran the company. They always listened to your ideas for how to help the company grow. The higher ups at the company never made me feel belittled here, which makes me smile. Human Resources was helpful and I applaud the work ethic that this company has. 😁

Super great company that has a ton of loyal and great workers that are really doing the best work they can do. TD does really amazing work, especially with how small they are. While it isnt perfect, they do everything they can to please the customers and make sure everything is fixed up before sending it back. (: I am very please with Tech Defenders and their work. Very low attention to detail. Application response was responded in as a different company. Shortly after, I received the actual Tech Defenders application response. Tech Defenders was trying to pass of as Mobile Defenders. I turned down any opportunity to continue my employment after this poor, low attention to detail, service.

Not enough diversity in the work place. Sofie C is extremely talented. My computer came back as a transformer was very impressed by the craftsmanship.

I found TechDefenders last year on a Google search, and I am so glad that we did! We are a small school with Chromebooks for our 6-7-8 students, approximately 150 machines. Kids being kids, they are not always super careful with their tech equipment. I had to find a vendor to help us fix that machines and TechDefenders completely met all of our needs.TechDefenders supplies all of the software and materials necessary to track inventory and ship machines for repair. Their cost to repair is fair and the turn-around time to receive the machines back is super fast! All of the machines that we have submitted to TechDefenders have been repaired to our complete satisfaction and we are certainly going to be using them in the future.I wholeheartedly recommend using TechDefenders! They are awesome!!
