I needed a new RV shade motor and found Integrity RV Parts during a web search. I placed an order that afternoon expecting not to see the part for a week or longer. They shipped the same day and I received it in three days, carefully packaged. I was impressed. Their price was competitive, they emailed daily shipping updates, and they were there if I needed them throughout the entire process. I was even more impressed.Too many companies make the purchase process difficult, overcharge for shipping, and don’t follow up with customer inquiries. It can get tedious waiting on hold, sending additional messages, or leaving voice mail messages that don’t get answered. Integrity is customer focused and doesn’t do any of those things. My entire process with them has been great. I wish other companies followed Integrity’s example. I am now an Integrity customer.

Ordered replacement motors for the MCD shades on my windshield that had died - kind of an urgent need. Couldn’t get them through my RV dealer due to “supply chain issues.” Integrity had them and were much cheaper, too. Arrived at my door 21 hours after I ordered them online. Fastest delivery I’ve ever had for anything - even Prime.

Have placed four orders with them. Painless process and quick shipping. Would absolutely recommend them. They kept me posted on shipping, and let me know when the orders were scheduled to arrive. They’ve got it together!

WARNING! Use camping world or RV Parts Country dont use Integrity these guys sell you the wrong part and they charge you four times what they are going for everywhere else and then when they sell you the wrong part they charge you 20% restocking fee which ended up costing more than the part that was worth in the first place. and they dont pay for shipping and restocking fees are usually to cover shipping but these guys are just greedy what a horrible company! BUYER BEWARE!
