I’m a truck driver for USF Holland and I picked up 10 skids from you today; thank you for that, we appreciate your business!What I really want to thank you for though is your thoughtfulness in trying times. To say our job has become more challenging than ever is a large understatement. A large amount of businesses won’t allow us to view freight while loading/unloading (then don’t close our door); won’t let us out of our trucks; won’t let us use the restroom, the list goes on and on of hoops to jump through now.I almost teared up when I saw the “welcome mat” at Richwood Industries. The porta potty, the table/tablecloth with snacks/drinks/sanitizer/kleenex...it was such a relief even if I didn’t need those things to know that someone cares enough to think of it.Yes, these are trying times and protective measures must be taken, but there is a way to go about it that doesn’t degrade people and maintains reasonable/realistic boundaries while allowing businesses as usual to press forward as it must. Richwood is doing an exemplary job of this; it really means a lot to us, Thank You.
