I came early about an hour and from the minute I got to the counter I was greeted by alisha and she was so friendly all she needed was some wings on her back Angel she worked hand and hand with audra and there where motivates to put me in a door and within 15 mins in a door and started and mike was also helpful letting me know what side docks to go to great experience would come back great staff and people like that who understand and help us get in out great time thanks 90’s bulls right there hold on to them

Strict Appointments only! Do not come here unless you have a lot of hrs remaining. Even with appointment good luck getting loaded or unloaded. They usually take 3 plus hrs. Not the most friendly ppl here! Avoid if you can.Your time is not valuable here!

I was here to pick up a load.I saw the reviews and was skeptical but it was going where I needed to go, so I accepted it. My experience wasn’t bad at all. I was about an hour early and they put me in a door right away. I was out 30 minutes after my appointment. Overall it was a decent experience. I would probably give them another chance.

I currently work here as a Forklift Operator, and this is one of the best places Ive worked for. They run 3 shifts and do their hiring through Williamson Employment Services. My fellow team members, and, the supervisor/management team are a great bunch of people to work with!

Hats off to the staff in the office they Excel In Customer Service despite the negative reviews. Absolutely beyond my expectations. My appointment was for 10 am I arrived at 7:19 am / out at 8:45 am. Young lady at the window is breathtaking.

I have been a city driver peddling freight in Grand Rapids for the last 25 years. Been delivering to Columbian for just as many, always dreaded the thought of coming to this place, whether it be Dixie, Hall Street, Kraft, or 36th street. Until today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole Latting at the 36th street facility. The very first time I’ve ever delivered to any Columbian facility that anyone ever smiled, and actually made the driver feel welcome. Hopefully she is the new standard for all the facilities to live up to, it makes a drivers day, to feel like we’re someone.

Came the night before, there is an overnight parking! My appointment was at 11am I checked in 7:30 am and was empty within 45 minutes, partial load 8-9 pallets! Thank you

Slow getting a dock. But was unloaded pretty fast. Lots of backing room. Would come back

People are awesome, place is well maintained. Bit of a challenge to get into the docks especially, in the day time, but, all in all, a whole lot better than a lot of places out there that treat you a little less friendly.

Their loaders are very very slow. I had appointment at noon and i was there 9:30 am. They gave me dock and told me to wait till my appointment time. Loader put a lock on at 4:00 pm and finished at 7:00 pm, 3 hours just to load 22 skids. Don’t come to this place ever.

Our driver arrived at 10:35 for his 11:00 appointment and was told he would be a work in. Even if this was a broker error, it still took this company until AFTER midnight to unload our driver. When they finally decided to unload our driver, it only took 30 minutes. Its appalling that they treated our driver as if he didnt matter nor his time. NO place is too busy to not unload a driver and take OVER 13 hours.No employee there seemed to find it of any importance to squeeze our driver in and make another truck wait for 30 minutes so they could unload our driver any earlier. We will never return.

Be prepared as a driver to be there 11 to 12 hours or more to get unloaded the employees were professional and treated as drivers with respect but I highly recommend they improve the loading time

Just read the other reviews, was on time for my appointment and still waiting 2 hours 45 later, this is not an acceptable way to treat truck drivers, avoid at all costs.

6 hours loading time I showed up on time at my appointment, then had to wait for paperwork for 30 minutes. I never want to be back in here again.

I just love this place, the plant manager was very nice and offered me a hilo position and was going to train me because I have never drove one before. Great company with an amazing team of staff.

My driver arrived 15 minutes late for his 9 AM appointment. Was given a dock right away and unloaded in less than 30 minutes. He drove away with paperwork in hand at 10 AM. Thank you Columbian Logistics

Got here to deliver but the lady in the front told me I was in the wrong address. The issue is that it is not clear where deliveries are suppose to go to when arriving... Normally we look for signs that tell us where to go, even some signs tell us where to park to check in(so we dont block anyone) but not here. We must figure it out. :(Hope they put up some signs :).

The girls in the office were always friendly and courteous about a 2 hour wait time for loading

Was very slow getting me to a door, and when they finally went to put me in one, there was confusion (by them) as to what door to go to. Was waiting there in all just under six hours, and they were short on a skid.
