Paul was great! We were not able to recover the data as I had hoped but Paul tried his best and communicated well at every step. Hopefully I wont need his help again but I will use PC1DataRecovery if I do!

Try as I might to convince myself that the blue screen of death was really just a bios hiccup.... It wasnt. Twice my hard drive was pronounced DOA, but fortunately the person at Comprenew pointed me in the direction of PC1.
