Their only goal is to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. I called for a quote and was told it would cost me literally two hundred more than every other place I went to. Im insured but never through these guys. Hope yall explore your options a little more before choosing a company just based on their ratings like I almost did. I wouldnt recommend to my own mother.

I had an issue with my road side assistance with my motorcycle insurance, but Alex at Stedman insurance went out of her way to take care of me and get me reimbursed for all of my out of pocket expense. I cant speak more highly about Steadman Insurance. Kari is my agent and she is simply amazing! Whenever I need assistance she is always there to answer any questions (there have been many) or make necessary adjustments to my policy. Not to mention all of the staff is very patient and quick to respond.

They were not helpful with adjusting my rate. But i knew for a fact that they were afro american races, yet they were eager to pleases Africans.

Was charged 140.00 for plpd and Im over 25 with a perfect driving record. Went to Lake Michigan Credit Union and knocked over half off my bill each month. Has the insurance for over a year and the rate still didnt change. Very happy and felt ripped off.
