I have never used a travel agent before, so after calling three, I decided to use Breton Travel. Genesis was awesome! She help plan my entire Alaskan vacation and it was amazing! Thanks Genesis!

Sue falsely claimed she could handle all the tasks that Disney Travel agents offer. I listed off services offered by Disney travel agents and she told me she could do each one of them. After hotel and air reservations were made she didn’t follow through on any dining reservations. I asked on the phone a couple times and by email for her to make some for us telling her we eat everything and would be flexible, just to go ahead and get as many character meals as possible. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I ended up having to hire a Disney travel agent as it was clear Disney planning is out of her wheel house. Since I already booked the air and hotel with Sue I had to pay another fee that would have been waived if used them from the beginning. I highly recommend anyone planning a Disney cruise or vacation to just use a Disney Travel agent, it will save you a ton of money and make your trip a thousand times more enjoyable.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonably priced

I called twice during business hours to set up an appointment, but got no answer. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, I was told all the travel agents were busy, and asked if I would like to leave a voicemail. I agreed, but never got a call back. I decided to go online and try to set up an appointment. I put in all my info and was informed someone would contact me within 48 business hours. That was 3 days (business) ago. Ill take my business elsewhere.
