They say that the third time is a charm. I had lost confidence in one repair shop, and the second,, the Geek Squad, made me wait three weeks before talking me out of my appointment. Pats Custom PC was my third attempt to find someone who knew what they were doing and Pat turned out to be the answer to that.. Seriously good work and great service (Pats interactive texting kept me informed and involved). It didnt take long (24 hrs) and, best of all, he got it right. Kudos Pat. I am very pleased.

Pat is awesome! He was efficient, fast, and kept me up to date on what his progress with my laptop was. Pat was able to diagnose what was wrong with it when GEEK SQUAD could not. Geek Squad even told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my laptop exactly and charged a ridiculous amount of money. Pats price was low and affordable. I highly recommend coming to Pat instead of going to most repair retailers that charge you an arm and a leg and take days on end to fix your device. Thank you Pat!

My fiancé’s laptop crashed not too long ago. I brought it to Geek Squad to see if they were able to retrieve any data off it and they told me that they couldn’t. That they would have to send it to a different company with more specialized software to get it the data off of it, which would have been up to $500-$1000 to fix it, if they could. Patrick said that he could take a look at it and the next day he already had it up and running again with windows 10. Price is phenomenal compared to geek squad and better service. I am very impressed from my experience with Pat! He was honest, quick to respond, and very reasonable with his prices. He was upfront with his claim that if he couldt figure out what was wrong with my computer, he would not charge me a dime! I simply dropped off my computer and in a few hours he had sent me pictures of my computer running again! From the moment he invited me into his home, I felt he was very trustworthy. If I have any issues with my computer in the future, he will be the first person I call!

I had Pat work on my ASUS all in one computer . Called him and dropped of my PC on a Friday and got it back Saturday . Works way better .

I had issues with my PC freezing up and not responding. Pat not only fixed that, but upgraded my PC from windows 7 to windows 10 and installed a newer graphics card. I took it to his house Friday night and it was ready Sunday morning and the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any computer service you need.

Patrick was able to solve my problem. My less-than-one-year- computer Thanksgiving Day morning would not boot up because of some Windows system error. I was unable to boot up from a usb flash drive, nor could I reinstall Windows 10 from a usb drive. I found Pats business by searching Google Kentwood MI computer repair. I dont know all that Pat did, but he did say that when he tried he tried to boot up using my flash drive, he faced the same problem I did. Then, he went into the BIOS program and set it so that no drive was set as a boot drive. He then booted up from the flash drive. That done, he was able to repair Windows 10 without affecting any of my data files or installed applications. Finally, he went back to the BIOS and set the Solid State Drive as the boot drive. The result is that I have a computer that works exactly like it was working before. Service was timely--I brought it to him Friday evening and he called me Saturday morning to say that it was ready. Pats web site says that most repairs come in for less than $50. His work for me came in for less than $50.

Pat does a great job of getting you computer back to you and for a great price. He is knowledgable and pays great attention to details, very professional.
