Ive been coming to Computer Rescue 911 5 or 6 years now and Im consistently impressed with this place. I always come away more knowledgeable with each visit. Jason helped me get into a new computer, set it up, and transfer the data from my old computer over to my new one. I couldnt be happier with his service and professional approach. This place is 5 stars for a reason.

This is the second time that Ive used them to rescue my computer and they did an outstanding job! They explained everything in plain language and offered me a variety of solutions in a non condescending manner. They repaired and upgraded my machine for a reasonable price.I dealt with Andrew, he was professional, polite, patient, and honest with me right from the start, he also finished the task very quickly, I highly recommend them!

I have a personal custom built PC from NZXT and it had suddenly started crashing in June. I put it off and put it off until finally I had the funds to get it repaired. Andrew took care of us and worked with us in a personal way to make sure we could get the computer fixed and still be able to eat dinner that week. So far my computer is good, no more crashes. He did a really good job and is very good with communication. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Andrew.

I have been a customer at Computer Rescue 911 for over 10 years. I have always had excellent service with my computer issues. Being an older customer, I cant say enough about the the help they have been. Recently my also old computer was acting up and Jason was a great help. I appreciate his patience and explanations as to what had happened. He worked with me to find a computer that would be exactly what I needed, not to mention figuring out a way to save and retrieve all the saved information on the old fried hard drive. Very much appreciated and I would return there in a heartbeat, if I need help in the future.

I used Computer Rescue 911 for a couple of things. Most recently to replace my MacBook Pros battery. The first time was to remove files from a crashed computers hard drive to a portable drive. So I have a 9 year old computer tower that I have been limping along by repairing it myself but in July the time came to where I could not get past the Boot Up screen it just keep looping me around. After taking my laptop to the Apple Store Woodland and being told it would cost $895 to repair (apparent water damage to hard drive), I stopped using my MacBook Air for a year or more. My laptop hard drive failed while traveling across the country. I googled laptop repair and these guys came up #1 with hundreds of 5-star reviews. That was enough for me. My desktops bluetooth had failed, and due to the computers age, the manufacturers support set me up with an appointment at Computer Rescue 911. In working with them on this problem I found them to be professional and honest. They kept me updated with what was happening throughout, and always reached out with explanations and choices where I needed to make a decision. They were unable to make a repair but did find mine a very nice second-hand laptop which was only a couple of years old so I could get some work done. They also transferred the data from old to new for me. I would definitely use their services again.

My poor laptop was having issues with its charge port. Angela was very friendly and helpful and being in contact with Andrew over the repair really helped calm my nerves about leaving my personal laptop with them. We call Computer Rescue 911 anytime we need help with our computer system! We recently upgraded our main computer and our software and Dylan did absolutely everything for us! He made things so easy and it all worked great!

My wifes laptops hard drive died and when I pulled it out to try and connect it via USB to another computer to retrieve the paper that she was currently working on I found that the SDD mini hard drive had a unique connector that I had never seen before. I looked up computer repair companies in Grand Rapids Michigan and I found a few but Computer Rescue 911 was rated the highest so that next morning I called them and they thought that the had what I needed. Turns out that even they had not seen that type of connector before but undeterred Dylan Lindhout had me take a seat while he went into his office and spent about 15 minutes researching the problem. He found an article that dealt with this same issue and they had no solution either. I thanked him for his effort and asked if there was any place else in town that I might try and he did not hesitate to tell me about Comprenew and give me directions to their location. He also asked me for my email because he was going to do some more research into my problem and he would email me if he found anything. Needless to say, neither Best Buy nor Comprenew had anything to help me. Fortunately for me, Dylan email me as I was leaving Comprenew with a description of an adapter card that I could use as well as a link to it on Amazon so I could purchase it. I ordered it immediately and it arrived two days later and I was able to use it to retrieve my wifes paper and save the day for her. However, Dylan is the one that went way above and beyond to save the day for us and I can not thank him enough!!!Albert Allen

I don’t think a business would be so helpful and understanding until I brought my PC to this business.We had to troubleshoot my pc for days as it was a complete mystery why my computer would not post. Come to find out my ram was severely damaged and essentially destroying the VRAM slots on my motherboard.Not only did they solve my problem but they cut half their cost off even wish rushed services as I would be leaving the country for 3 years in the following days.I appreciate the work the team here has done and their patience with me and the troubles I have brought to them!I recommend Computer Rescue 911 to anyone with tech/computer issues!

Great turn around time. Broke my screen on my Mac laptop. These guys replaced it in less than 2 days. Was only without my laptop for less than two hours. Apple wanted me to send off my laptop and be without it for 2-3 weeks and that was best case scenario. Great team of individuals. Great service. Great price. Highly recommend.

Quick response time, look at your device within minutes, and communication during entire repair process is exceptional. We have always had great service from Computer Rescue 911. Easier and quicker than going to Apple Genius Bar as you dont have to schedule or find parking. I dont even bother taking my apple devices into the Apple store anymore.

My computer stopped working and was essentially a brick until I brought it to these guys, they were very friendly and had my computer back up and running in a little over an hour. Great service, would use again but hopefully I won’t have to.

I recently bought an ibuypower pre-built PC with a custom water loop, and a month after I purchased it, the loops pump stopped working. I investigated further on my own and managed to get it to work sporadically, trying many different strategies both in bios and with the hardware, but eventually it died again just this week, and this time there was nothing I could do to initiate the pump at all. I looked up local repair shops in my area and found this one, due to the great customer satisfaction. I could not be happier with my choice. Everyone I spoke to was kind, very professional, and great at taking my input to solve the problem. They diagnosed the problem and finished the work that needed to be done the very next day. I am typing this review on that computer now and running heaven benchmark with great temps and no issues with the pump. They certainly have a repeat customer if I am ever in need again! - and special thanks to Garret who helped me/communicated with me most of the time, very impressed with him and this company!

They have revived 2 old Mac books for us so that our kids can use them now. Updated them with the latest OS and they’re up and running well now. They’ve also given me plenty of advice on other things. Nominal fee to look at the issue - fee is applied to the work done. Very reasonable prices!

I have an old iPad. Tried to update myself and it died. Started the “check-in” process online and then drop off was super smooth. It was easily fixed and returned to me the same week. It was updated and works like new!

Have performance issues with my old iMac. The Apple Store couldnt provide necessary upgrades but recommended Computer Rescue 911 and actually scheduled an appointment for me. I called before the appointment and talked with Andrew at Computer Rescue 911. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After learning the details of my computer situation he confirmed I was a good candidate for a solid state HD upgrade. He gave me an estimate on the cost and turn-around time. Both the time and cost were reasonable and worthwhile. I would have jumped at the chance (and still might later), but my wife convinced me just to purchase a new iMac since the existing one is nearly 8 years old. My initial experience with Computer Rescue 911 has already made me a loyal customer (even though I didnt buy anything - yet!). I highly recommend Computer Rescue 911.

A technician (garret i believe) helped me find the adapter I needed to get a second monitor going. When I have real computer troubles i will be back.

So pleased with my service. Gerrit explained computers problem. Gave me an estimate. Gave me a time frame for the repair and gave me updates as to the progress. The repair was finished by promised completion. When I picked up the computer he also answered a couple just general questions that I had about software. Needed help with a password I had forgotten on my MacBook Pro. My ticket was assigned to Gerrit, who was super friendly and responsive. A pleasure to work with!CR911 initially quoted me 2 business days for the unlock, it ended up taking 5. This was because Apple was slow to respond to their request. There is no charge for this service, so I wasn’t very perturbed. A very good alternative to the Genius Bar, I would definitely be back.

During the initial phone consult he explained my possible desktop issues and provided a break down of what he would do at the time of the service appointment. His previous appointment ran a little longer and he called to provide me with the heads up and confirm the appointment. While in our office he work a mask and followed safe practices. He had my technical issues resolved within the hour and spent a few more minutes helping our Business Owner with questions he had on additional products. I will be bringing my laptop to them within the next couple of weeks to have this serviced as well. Dylan arrived right on time to set up a new NetGear Orbi WiFi network. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
