Been with company for 7 years. I have no desire to switch. Wonderful staff, Fair prices. No matter when I call they all take the time to answer my questions. Every year the company calls me to go over my policy to see if i have any changes questions or concerns. The Last person I talked to was Tony and he really knows his job. I find that he can answer any questions I have had. He truly cares when it concerns his customers. Easy to talk to. He is a great guy.
The worst service, poor communication, continually called wrong number. Does not call back timely. Had a claim, handled poorly, no support from Agent (never actually met or spoke to Joe Lange), just handed off to a 800 number. Low balled market value of car even after showing listings of cars for thousands more. Reps on phone lost when confronted with billing errors, tripled rates without warning set up on an EFT. Complaint forthcoming to BBB and Allstate corporate.Go elsewhere!
