I am going to be 100% honest, I did not do any business with them due to the fact the rate they offered was higher then my current rate.However, the fact they did not try to sell me a more expensive policy is why I wrote this review. Even though insurance is a necessity, I usually despise it due to the price & how due to my age I am passed anywhere from $300 - $800 quotes due to my age.I will definitely be keeping this State Farm in mind whenever I do a rate comparison again for this reason alone!

Was transferred to this office because my previous agent closed her office. First time I called, the guy I worked with was wonderful! Very informative & helped but when I called today both woman I spoke with were rude! I was trying to get more information on why my insurance was still high the first girl basically blamed me for them not receiving my fax a month ago. When I called back to cancel my coverage with them, the second woman was “passive aggressive” about how no one in their office is rude so I must have called a different office🙄 goodbye State Farm after almost 10 years with them !

Beware of the positive reviews, this agency simply asks friends to leave positive reviews, and some are not clients, many are her own agents, husband, family members, etc. State Farm, in general, is way Overpriced. I switched to another insurance company and saved nearly one thousand dollars on my multiple policies. Cassidy also is a notary public and she notarized a financial disclosure document for my soon to be ex husband. I knew Cassidy personally as a friend and she knew a lot about my own business, my finances, etc, so I felt her helping him with this document was a clear conflict of interest ... not to mention very immature and petty. She often posts on Facebook asking people to leave positive reviews. I notice many names of people who run in her circle of friends, and one name who has never even done business with this stare farm agency!

Heres some truth, that whole State Farm jingle is no joke with this one. I rear ended a taxi cab driver after picking her n her now fiancé up from airport and i did the jingle and turned around and there she was in my backseat. How perfect didnt even need the state farm app or anything she just appeared with the jingle. Always getting stuff done in a timely fashion which has worked out great for me.
