We’ve been using Family Cleaning for almost two years and they’ve been wonderful. We’ve moved multiple times and have used the move out clean, move in clean, deep clean, and bi-weekly service. We bought a house recently and Saul & team were the first people we hired to make the place ours. Staff is kind, professional, and hard working. You won’t be disappointed!

I hired this company to do a deep clean of my parents house after helping to pull them out of a hoard-type of situation. Their home was an absolute disaster: pet stains everywhere, bed bug infestation, lingering foul odors, and grime built up over years and years of neglect. It was bad enough that people were no longer willing to visit their house because of health concerns.Before bringing in the cleaning crew we had to (obviously) bring in an exterminator. We also pulled up all of the filthy carpets and brought in a hoarder cleanup crew to remove junk from the home. Honestly I wasnt sure I was going to be able to find a cleaning service that would be willing to work under those conditions, and I knew if they did they would need to be miracle workers. These ladies showed up and powered through the home like absolute champs. I was so impressed with the work that I hired Family Cleaning and Services to do a weekly cleaning from that point on.My parents (who are elderly) now live in a sanitary home and I feel like I owe a lot of that to this company. Im honestly sort of shocked by the previous poor review because Ive been using them for over a year now and my experience has been great. When visiting my mom yesterday she told me that shes always felt like theyve done a good job. My only issue is that occasionally there are some communication problems with regards to billing. On two different occasions Saul forgot to bill me for a job. I reached out to let him know, because Im not interested in taking advantage of someone for an oversight. Everything was sorted out but it does make me wonder if other things could could be overlooked. Generally he is incredibly responsive to my texts and the crew has been flexible with changing dates or letting me know that theyll be unable to make it on a certain day.Overall I think theyve done a really good job.

Horrible company! Showed up late, only stayed half the time promised. Did not by any stretch of the imagination do a deep clean! Would never recommend this company! Saul is sarcastic, does not stand by his word and threatening!
