Every place I went to gave me disappointment but this was my happiest experience. 16 and my first car, great full for landing a humorous easy to talk to salesman. 42k mile 2017 Nissan Sentra. They made it so easy. Told them the car I was interested in, they let me test drive, then less than an hour later I was driving it off the lot.

I traveled 35 miles to look @ a specific vehicle in stock & am so happy I did! Darius S. helped me from beginning to end & was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, & friendly! Do not buy from this location. Had a vehicle that I was interested in. Was contacted and setup a test drive the next day. Received a conformation the next morning. Drove 40 miles to get there and was told the car was sold last night. They dont even have the common curtesy to let me know and save me a trip.

I had never heard of Echo Park until a few vehicles came up in online searches. I found 3 vehicles at the location in Grand Prairie which was very convenient to where I live.After searching for used cars for the last few weeks I was glad to find 3 vehicles to choose from at this location because I assumed that at least 2 if not all 3 would have glaring issues. Just about every other car Ive looked at in a reasonable price range had pretty big issues.I liked the first two so much that I didnt even ask to see the third. The first was an Infiniti Q50 that was very, very nice. The second was a 2018 BMW 320i which was also extremely nice. It was clean, had only 33,000 miles on it, and had no obvious flaws. It drives just as you would expect a BMW to drive.The overall Echo Park experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I first visited EchoPark in Grand Prairie about 2 weeks ago to test drive a few cars. Their pricing was very competitive and their business model seemed hassle-free. I met with Liz Robertson who was patient with me and allowed me to start test driving a car within a short period of time. Liz was very polite and easy to work with. I left that day still unsure of the type of car I wanted (sedan or SUV). Liz stayed in touch with me and was knowledgeable. Overall, I would recommend visiting their location and ask for Liz!

Bought a car from here today after our 5th trip here. Paul Thorton was patient and kind even though it took us a lot of time to pick out a car. They have a ton of cars here from 2017 and up, their selection was par none. Prices are set and not able to haggle the price so know what it says it what you will pay. Every single car we drove was in great condition, some better than others but none of them were just trash like we were finding at other lots. Be sure you have plenty of time if you come on the weekend. We came during the week and had enough time to test several vehicles. Definitely a better experience here than other places! Give them a try for sure.

Disgusting service from one of the salesmen. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. Joshua Lopez was extremely rude and lazy. He didn’t want to deal with having an out of state co-signer (which literally just requires a paper being fed-ex overnight shipped) and started to make up excuses of why I shouldn’t come in. I was told 2 days before my appointment that an out of state co-signer was no big deal and super easy to do. Now josh calls 1 hour before our appointment and tells me not to come in because he doesn’t want to deal with it and it’s “too long of a process”. He first tried me to tell me it wasn’t possible and then I told him I’ve had it confirmed by another employee, to which he then changed his story to, “it’s just a process sorry”. They have horrible service (at least from josh can’t speak for the others of course). If you can’t be willing to work your customers, why are you in a customer service career?Update: called another dealership down the road and they stated it’s no problem whatsoever to have a co-signer out of state and even made an appointment with me today. Highly recommend anywhere else but echo park :)

Absurd interest rates & loan terms. Highest quoted interest out of any dealership that I worked with for my last purchase. Tried buying a Silverado, they wanted $650 a month at 7% interest. Ended up buying one elsewhere at 3.2%, decent option if you have bad/no credit, also beware that you cannot pay their loans off early WITHOUT having to pay the remaining interest, read before you sign.

Good news:I bought a Lexus GX from Liz and her “no pressure” and calm approach was a breath of fresh air. The car is great, and I absolutely love the wide range of cars that EchoPark offers. If you do shop here, she’s great!Bad news: sketchy cops! They literally followed us around acting like we were stealing something. The amount of police made me uncomfortable. I love safety and am all for that but it the way they followed us and we’re overbearing was seriously uncalled for. I won’t shop here again because of this!

From the time we walked in the door, we felt welcomed! We were treated with respect and courtesy. We drove the vehicle with NO salesperson riding along and we loved the car. About 3 1/2 hours later we drove home in our new car with no hassle selling, no going back and forth with a manager due to the no haggle pricing and zero pressure to add on warranties and GAP. Our associate, Denzel, was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and we joked around a bit during the process which makes the car buying experience more enjoyable (it can be tedious). Although the wait was long once we finally decided on a car (this should be expected on a Saturday), we left feeling satisfied that we got a great deal with little hassle.The only negative I can say is that they do not allow outside financing, although I did get a good rate with their financing department (will still refi with my previous pre-approval though).

Mike, and Aaron were great. No hassle no pressure. Super professional and chill. Being in the motorsports industry we were very meticulous with looking over vehicles etc and they were pretty cool and chill about it. Start to finish pleasant experience with full transparency each step.

Overall the process was smooth for financing etc as credit and down-payment on my end were good. The truck itself was not .I bought the truck and left it there overnight so they could fix a few issues with a major scratch on the drivers door and the interior was needing a cleaning. The next day my rep tells me it is ready to go so I drive the 45 minutes from Frisco to Grand Prairie to pick the truck up. The detail got done but the scratch was just hit with touch up paint and looked terrible, was raised up and not done professionally. Very disappointed at this as I asked the rep to check the truck and make sure this was corrected before I returned to the dealership so I left with this and was going to just get it done professionally. On the way home the front brakes started to squeal very noticeably when stopping. I made an appointment with them to repair under the 30 day policy and also asked them to fix the touch up spot.They set me up for a Friday and so again I took the truck back from Frisco to Grand Prairie where we sat for 3 hours and the tech acknowledged the issue and turned the rotors but said everything was good. The next day the squealing came back even worse than before . At this point I took it to a local shop to have the brakes inspected and they were found to be well beyond worn out. $500 later the local shop replaced the brakes and the issue is resolved. Sad that this is how the customer service is and i was told well it is a used vehicle when asking to have the brakes and scratch fix.
