Purchased an ECM for my 2007 Duramax. Said it would be delivered next day air, and it was, but it shipped five days after ordering. Big deal when truck is down. Upon install (after multiple diagnostics) finally noticed bad track lock on ECM plug, after pulling ECM plugs to top of engine compartment to quickly plug back in old ECM and program back to stock to release my tuner, before new ECM install. Tried to return the brand new untouched ECM and was denied. Return policy states within 14 days and Im well within that. I didnt plug it in to further diagnose. I even offered to pay the $200 restocking fee, plus shipping - so I dont lose 100% of my cost. The manager denied it all. Glad my truck is fixed and I didnt have an issue with this reman ECM from GoECM, because GoECM doesnt seem like a company that will take care of the customer. I was very professional and polite throughout the conversation and they could care less. $200 profit with shipping to and from paid and receive your product back to sale again seems like a no brainer to me. Go ahead and enjoy the $395 and lose trust of customers.

I ordered a part that was to be mailed to me. Never shows up. We call and ask where our part is. No one knows. We live 2 hours away. So we had to make the drive so someone could tell us where our part was. Then we finally get one. Doesnt work. We returned it. They called us and said wed get a refund. I used my credit card to pay. They gave me a date it shouldve been back on my card. No money . So I call now there telling me that there not giving refunds until the 1st. These people have no clue what they are doing. They lie and give you the run around. Looks like Ill be driving back to get my money or Ill report them to better business bureau.

I originally called and spoke to Ramon and he was so helpful. I decided to go in immediately since he told me he could assist me immediately. I, again, spoke to Ramon. He helped me with every part I needed to buy and recommended other parts I hadnt thought about getting that I realized I needed. If it hadnt been for Ramon I would have had to make multiple trips to multiple stores but because he reminded me that I needed additional parts I was able to shop for everything right then and there. He was great and friendly.

After ordering a part the website said was in stock and I paid $75 for next day shipping I found out two days later they didnt even have the part in stock. They notified me it would be a week before I could even get the part. So then I canceled the order just to find out 4 days later that they havent even processed the refund yet so itll be another three business days before I even get the money back to buy the part I need. I would recommend carparts.com over them any day.

Sent in my PCM to be reprogrammed find out that it was wasted. After giving GoEcm the simple needed information to get a replacement they mailed me a plug and play replacement. I highly recommend them for ECM/PCM issues . Plus all other places only offer a year warranty they give a lifetime warranty.

I ordered a new TIPM for my Jeep from this company on June 28th. Later that day I learned that the TIPM was not my issue and I called the next day to cancel the order. I figured itd be a clean cut because the item hadnt shipped yet. I gotta tell ya, Im glad I was counting on the TIPM because Id still be out of luck. I have called them back several times and no one is answering. I was told on June 29th that a refund would be issued and I would receive email confirmation of the refund. Not a peep and no one there is talking. If youve always wondered what getting scammed out of $395, just do business with this place and youll find. Now its off to add an even lower score to their BBB standing. Maybe Ill get lucky and PayPal will back me up, but I doubt it. Oh well.

I sent in a FICM off of a running truck. It was having a problem where it would intermittently blow a fuse. I troubleshot it down to being a capacitor in the FICM. I sent it in asking them to repair. Two weeks later I finally got a call of them telling me it was not repairable because the processor was bad and that I would need to buy one of their certified refurbished parts instead that cost 4 times more. I tried explaining to them, that couldn’t be the case considering the truck is running, the injectors are firing. It just has an intermittent problem. The guy wouldn’t provide a better explanation so I just asked him to ship it back to me. Three weeks go by and nothing. I started calling them and just being put on hold forever and not getting any answers. This place was only three hours from my house I just decided to drive there and get it figured out. The lady at reception told me that a technician wouldn’t come to the front and explain why they won’t fix it because because they were working. The she said “luckily they aren’t charging you”. So I asked for what? Y’all haven’t done anything. Then another lady piped up and told me I just needed to get out of their shop and leave.My impression of this company is that they say they will repair your computer but have zero intention of doing so. They want you to send it in, tell you it’s beyond repair and then sell you a more expensive part. Repair your core and then sell it to another sorry sap that believes what they are saying. If my part was beyond repair they have no use for a core exchange. Don’t waste your time. You’re just going to get scammed. Duramax forums all over the place talk about this company, from what I have heard they send out junk parts anyways, that never last. I know it may seems like you’re saving a buck but really you’re just getting scammed.

I got a Ecm from them for my Cat and the truck would not run so I had a shop come out and hook up to it and it said that engine software was incorrect so they hooked up a ECM that they had and the truck started right up. I called GoEcm and I have to pay to have the ECM reflashed.

GoECM was super quick to get me my module. The customer service was very nice and I didn’t have any problems with any questions I needed to ask. They knew everything and I spoke to several shops but they sounded like they knew the most. I definitely recommend them.

I took them my TIPM they told me 4 to 7 day turn around. I called them a week later they said a tech was working on it. So I called them back 4 days later they said they had found a couple problems. But should be ready in a couple more days. So I called them back 3 days later they said it was ready to be picked up. No charge it had a note Saying NPF witch meant No Problem Found. So I went and picked it up they tried to charge me a 100.00 testing fee. I called them back and they didn’t charge me I took it back and hooked it up still didn’t work. So pulled it out ran down to Summit exchanged it and it works perfect. This was several weeks so don’t trust what they say. So I called trying to speak to a owner and the lady was like I will relay your message.

Company sent 4 ECUs that came with unclearable codes. Back and forth for 2 months. Will not send ship label to take back their two defective non functional. Tried 3 times and would not offer a refund. Tried 4 ECUs before agreeing give a refund. I was hoping a good option to save money over a dealer but turned into an expensive waste of time. Shipping was quick. They responded quickly to take back an ECU. I wish it worked out.Will update on how this fiasco ends.

I ordered a TIPM on May 6th, 2021,It is now May 22nd and I still have not received this part. I have tried more than once to contact this company regarding a tracking number, to figure out where my part is, and got no response. They made me download an app that is virtually useless because they didnt even send a tracking number to that. Almost a month later, no response. No tracking number and now i cant take my vehicle to work because I havent been able to fix the problem due to the fact that I dont have the part nor do I have any Idea where it is. 400 dollars down the drain. Thanks guys. Smh. No sooner than a day passed, after this review was written. A gentleman called me and and apologized for the lack of communication. And paid for my part to be here the following day. I do appreciate this guys apology and his honesty. Thank you.

They were good fortunately I didnt have to use them they were very cooperative turned off that I had a ground wire loose on my steering column for my Dodge 2003 ram 1500 I did not need a new fuse box however on the front control module there was an issue so if you have a logical problems on a Dodge truck check your steering column and your front end module attached to your fuse box

Worst ecm service company I have used to date, had a C15 cat ecm ordered, took a week to ship, ecm arrived and was programmed incorrectly, overnighted unit back to them, called to explain issue, was told unit would be fixed and sent right back, a week later ecm arrived, sent core ecm back and was told it was not approved as a core although I had spoken with them about sending a different core back before purchase was made and was told it would be fine, when questioned about this issue was hung up on twice.

This very nice lady named Brianda. She helped me out with all the questions I had over the phone, and when I sent it in my truck for a repair they got the problem fixed, and my truck works great now!

I spoke to Johnathan on my n14 and I told him I needed one as soon as possible and he got one out for me that same day. I will forever be a customer! Very good customer service.

I had no clue who GoEcm was and what they could provide. I have not had a single ECM/PCM they were not able to source at a fair price. Some of the PCMs they have the dealer cannot get. I have been working with Juana and the response time I receive as well as product is outstanding!

I had symptoms of a bad ECM in my 2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins. After looking around DFW for a repair shop that handles diesel ECMs i luckily found GoECM. I brought my ECM to them and Juana checked it in for me. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Literally within 1 day I got a call from Bryan saying that there were no problems and that I could come pick it up. I was so grateful for their honesty. Apparantly other shops in town like to charge people for rebuilds that they dont actually perform but GoECM is not one of them. I was happy to pay their reasonable diagnostic fee. I will definitely use them in the future should i need ECM work.

I highly recommend using them I am out in AZ and they have been fast and their has been no hesitation in helping or sending me the PCM my truck has federal emissions so their was a slight hick up but withing 24 hours they are sending the correct one. I was miss informed with programming so I tried to go local and it was going to take longer here locally to get it fixed called ecm go and had one within days. I was probably one of them annoying costumers calling a lot but they were always professional and respectful I dont remember all their names one guy was Abel. Thank you guys for all the help with this headache.

I ordered a TIPM module from their ebay store. Their service was great. The part was reconditioned/rebuilt, but it was like new. My mechanic got it installed in record time. He said it was pretty easy to install. He called GoECM with some questions & they were very helpful. My 2005 Dodge Ram now drives like new again. Working with Juana now to get my old module to them for the lifetime warranty. Shes very pleasant & her customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend this business for parts. Cant speak to it as a walk-in customer, but their online service is awesome.
