They did our taxes last minute here. I chose them so we could support a small business. The woman who processed our taxes was very curt, short with me and did not seem understanding at all that I had just had a baby so I was more disorganized this year than what is my norm. Then, I had to correct her about not having a penalty for withdrawing from our 401K in 2020 because of Trumps covid rule waiving the penalty. This saved us several hundred dollars that would have been lost had I not questioned it.Some of the other people I talked to in passing seemed more courteous and professional, but after my experience with the one who worked with us, we will definitely not be coming back.

Connie did my taxes this year for the first time. I had been with another tax person for 25 years at another company but had to change because my old preparer retired. Connie came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I can highly recommend her.
