My wife, Liz, dealt with Stephanie directly-I havent had the pleasure as of yet. We had become frustrated with our previous accountant and he seemed reluctant to use the new software (sorry not sure what it is but its not quickbooks) and consequently we were behind on our returns for 2019 and 2020. Stephanie came to the rescue and we were able to pay 2020 on time and get 2019 filed as well. I am planning on having her do my corporate taxes from here on out too. Thanks Stephanie!

H&R Block has been phenomenal to deal with. They are very courteous in trying to schedule a timeframe that works with my schedule and also with Alexis who was my tax preparer from last year. Alexis remembered specific details about my account from last year during my divorce.Upon meeting up with Alexis, she was very kind and greeted me with a warm welcome back. She went through my taxes and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. She was very helpful and diligently completed my taxes expediently.Thank you kindly!

The cost seem to outweigh the benefits for me, personally. Id rather pay 1/3 the price and use turbotax. Plus I would have submitted my documents on time with turbo tax and not 30 days late...

My husband and I have been doing our taxes through H&R Block for the last 15 years. In those 15 years weve had multiple tax preparers help assist us, some good some not so good. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as today. I went in there to ask Jami Bean( our tax preparer) a question because our North Dakota voucher was poorly printed. She was rude and treated me like I was stupid. Her answer was this is the way that it prints. This is why we always buy POM from H&R Block, so when questions arise they answer. Congratulations Jami, you are the last straw on the camels back I will never give you a good review. goodbye H&R Block
