Place is kinda nice but when you need something fixed and I filled a work order to get the light and doors over a month ago and ended up fixing the stuff myself

The maintenance of the outside is way down. Pealing and chipped paint and such.

I drove by and through the complex. Wow what a trashy place. Guess nobody seems to care about what the place looks like on the outside. Oh and by the way the photo looks nothing like the real thing.

FILE A COMPLAINT! Lauri Fairey is the assistant manager here. I believe that is the older woman with glasses. This woman and others working in the office are extremely rude and abuse their authority. YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT: in your lease is a section titled Resident Grievance Procedure.it includes contact information for Monfric Realty, Inc., Fair Housing and Opportunity, and procedures for making your official complaints. Fair Housing Posters are supposed to be posted in community areas that include Human Resource Development Councils, HUD State Coordinator’s Office, and other advocacy groups to help residents. Unfortunately these are not posted anywhere. It is your right to be treated fairly. Please do not hesitate to blow the whistle! The more residents speak up, the more likely changes will occur. There is nothing worse then being a SLUMLORD a company who treats people with such disrespect need to be put out of business, and for the people that work there.. what comes around goes around. There is no code of Ethic or any kind of loyalty to there tenants, every single person that works there are all monkeys that throw feces. GROW UP, stop being cavemen.

I have lived here for nearly a year. It’s almost July, it’s currently 101 degrees up here and my A/C still isn’t turned on. I have left multiple maintenance orders and they leave notes saying it’s fixed and it’s not. There is no reason my seven month old son and I should be confined to one room with the fan on high, naked, and still sweating. Any time I call they say it’s “not an emergency”. It shouldn’t be hotter in my house than it is outside. This was just one of my many horrible experiences with these apartments that drove me to put in my 30 days. I can’t wait to get out of here.

Make this place your last resort when looking for an apartment! The layouts are manageable, however the landlords are not! They (dark hair, glassses) will treat you with zero respect.

Staff rude and judgemental but the town homes are very nice

I have heard good things about this place but i called today for information and the lady i spoke to was very rude and had attitude with me. Implying that i said something when i hadnt said anything of the sort. Im a single mom trying to make a hood life for my daughter and i and trying to get out of party central raquet club.

When the office desk lady gives you 3 applications and rejected 2 for incomlet, then you go into office and get a 3rd app fill it out and rejected again, she called left a voice mail the app was 7 yrs old and she didnt know where i got it from?? Whats the deal there? She gave it to me herself right there in office? Because i am movin from Arizona or what????

I live by here cops are there almost always not to mention the stabbing that have gone on there, and its full of government babies that dont work and have free housing off of the taxpayers dime so you can guess what kind of people live there, hence the cops always being there.

I love living here, the apartment is great, but i have had my car and garage broken into :(.

Dont move in here. management allows cars to park in the fire lane. This puts everyones safety from both medical problems and fire.

They have had bad things in the past happen to them we have gone through a lot of property managers but I do believe that we probably have got some really good ones and they are cleaning up the area they are nice apartments and very affordable
