While leasing from great homes for almost 4 1/2 years, I never once had any problems with the leasing office, the rent, the place i was living, nor the neighborhood and neighbors. The rent was very manageable while the neighbors and neighborhood was very friendly. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new great place to live

Remember when you tried to stick me with a $5,000 dollar bill after I moved out and then I took you to court a won. I remember and I’m still smiling

Just called to ask about a property and she answered the phone so unprofessional, she didnt say the business she just said hello. didnt even say her name, caught me completely off guard

Moved in to a great homes house with Cheryl telling me not to worry about the deposit. Not even the first month in they hit me with $2,000 deposit charge? Evicted and kicked out for christmas. Stay away from these scum lords. The employees are careless and dis considerate. STAY AWAY. Just talked to someone today who had a really bad experience 15 years ago!!! Still going on to this day. Unreal.

Great homes are ripping people off! Their places are absolutely rough looking, un kept and barely maintained when you move in.Then they charge the highest dollar for their place and make you sign this contract that everyone needs to be aware of and very weary of!I moved out gave a months notice paid an extra months worth of rent thinking I was doing my dually part, I cleaned the place and I had one broken blind and left my TV behind, I am now in collections for 3,000.00
