I was VERY SATISFIED with the service and quality of work this nail salon offered. I was coming in out of town and they worked me in. The lady that did my daughters nails was great. Very friendly, knew we had a big occasion and we showed a pic of her dress this lady matched it perfect!! Awesome job! Friendly staff, reasonably priced, great atmosphere! My sister and I went here for her birthday. The place was nice. There was cute dog named Valentina that was very well behaved. The nail techs were amazing, nice pair work wonderful conversation. My tech asked if I wanted mine shorter and I said whatever looks nice. On my left foot she clipped the nail crooked and I didnt notice until I left. This nail place was redoing there floors on July 3. There were 3 customers in there, myself included. They started removing furniture before we even left. I was at the last Pedi chair and my sister was next to me and they were moving furniture to the back room and my tech had to constantly move her chair around so she wouldnt get hit by rolling furniture and it was super loud. It made me uncomfortable and I felt like I was in the way. It was super rude for the customers in their store. If they needed to move stuff sooner they should have closed the store earlier. There was a nail tech helping herself to a paraffin wax treatment. My sisters nail tech did an amazing job! He had to keep moving around as well so she couldnt relax. The final straw about this place was when they were passing out alcohol and while I was checking out and paying my tab the tech that helped herself to a paraffin wax treatment walked up and said Can you open this? to the manager who was checking me out I have no nails. And the worst part is he said yes and did it for her. This place is extremely unprofessional do not come here the techs are amazing. The text did the best they could despite everything that was going on around them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect nails always. I drive an hour and a half on the weekend just to have my nails done here. My sister highly recommended this wonderful nail salon and now I do too. Laid back, no pressure, right price. I don’t feel like I’m being rushed out the door. They take time to take good care of your nails and listen to what you want. Shout out to Amber, Bree and Hector.

I really liked this place, the nail technicians were incredibly nice, and they did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. The only reason I wont be going back is because my nails started peeling within the first 3 or 4 days. Its not because of what I was doing to them, Im always super gentle with my nails and I dont do any hardcore working things to them. They simply just peeled regardless. Still a really good salon though, and it still was totally worth my time.

The best for your nail in town. They have the nicest staff ever. They are doing a great job on hands and feet. They have really good product and they know what they are doing. No hesitation.

I will always get my nails done here! Laura and Jon are amazing and Hectors polishing skills are out of this world! These are only 2 of what Ive gotten done. I go in every 4 weeks and this last time I got a pedicure done as well and can you say AMAZING!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I drive an hour and a half just to get my nails done once a month. The gel x I get on my fingernails last me 5 weeks without one nail falling of or getting chipped. Everyone speaks english, they are all very respectful and nice. I cant think of one complaint. Even on super busy days I have always been within 10 minutes of my appointment time, when we started. I can not recommend this nail salon enough!

I hate to say it but the dip lasted THREE DAYS. a I went back for them to fix it and then within a day they all chipped or fell off. For $50 I’m shocked at how bad the dip was. The girls were nice but I just can’t waste my one day a week off from mommying to go somewhere that the dip doesn’t stay on!

My appointment was scheduled for 12. When they finally got a tub ready for me, for my pedicure, at 12:10. I sat with my feet in the water until it turned cold about 20 minutes and no one even said a word to me let alone even looked at me. They obviously over booked themselves. Some acknowledgment would have been nice. Needless to say I did not get a pedicure and ended up walking out with wet, pruned feet. Very disappointed.

Signature is always awesome. Its incredibly rare for me not to be ecstatic when I leave. Always love the job they do.

I wanna say thank you to everyone: Lisa, Emily, Hector, Veronica, Brenda, Henry, and Gabby for a great experience that we had! I booked a Bachelorette party for 6 for my best friends wedding and they took us all in with warm welcoming arms. Their customer service was wonderful and everyone enjoys their nails so much! I wish they were a little bit more cleaner than they were. The tools that were used on my hands were not disinfected like they should have been before being used to do my nails. Other than that, everything else was super clean and sterilized!

Fabulous experience. I LOVE my nails. Will go back for a refill and will continue to go back for as long as I can afford to. If you want to treat yourself and get amazing nails, definitely go here.

This place is great. Not only do they do a great job on nails - manicures, pedicures, acrylics, etc. - they’re totally friendly and funny. I crack up the whole time listening to them talk. The employees have a great rapport and they’re great to engage with. Plus Hector brings his adorable dog with him to work. How can you not love this place?!?

Got my nails done not even a week ago. I was in love with them! But they are falling off and I have a week until my wedding. The lady said they would last months and I am very disappointed. I will not be going back. Not worth the $60 I paid!!!

Very gross. Unclean workstations, and extremely close quarters. There was maybe 5 inches between people. Oh, and there was a dog running around.We got up and left after I moved the towel that was laid down on our workstation and someone elses nail clippings came falling out.

Over all good experience, good price and my color changing nails r awesome, I would highly recommended an appointment tho

Traveling through Grand Junction, I googled Pedicures and ranked the choices from top rated. Signature Nails came in head above every other salon. So, my wife and I both got pedicures and they were absolutely awesome. Very reasonable too. Classic were only $35 each. Gabby did an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The salon is dingy and depressing so I was not able to relax during my experience. The Technician did a great job and I thought about going back just for him, however, after being severely overcharged, I changed my mind. The package that I chose was $45 and somehow ended up getting charged $65 at the end. After putting the tip on top of that, I just felt like the experience overall was not worth the amount of money I paid.

This place is the best in town. I see people complaining on here about it taking too long but in reality this is the best place to go, so literally everyone I know goes here. Laura is amazing and always takes the time to make sure my nails are perfect. Service is always great and the people are always nice. I always get complements all the time about how awesome my nails look and I always tell them to come here. I would never go anywhere else.

The nail tech that I had did a great job, was nice, and just the right amount of talkative. Only reason my review isnt any better, is because they had a sign outside advertising full sets at $25, and I was charged $40. For reference, I got my nails a little longer in length, with basic polish. She told me it would be 5$ extra for the length I got, but the fact I was charged $40 when they advertised clear as day for $25, is a little upsetting. But, she did do a good job.

I should have known to leave as soon as I got in the door considering nobody was practicing social distancing and the place was packed. Waited at least half an hour at the door after making an appointment, then got sent down waited another half an hour before somebody actually set me up. decided to do the foot detox and about half an hour into it found out the machine wasnt plugged in so Im literally just sitting there for another half an hour with my feet in cold water doing nothing... then they plugged it in and whilst sitting there with the detox on I run across a lot of information on the internet saying that this is bs and that the color changes from the rust from the metal coils and that there is no scientific evidence to prove that this foot detox lowers the amount of toxins in the human body... So 2 hours and $40 later Ive got wrinkly feet and hopefully not covid..

Love this place! Ive been here once and will visit again as my nails came out beautiful. I got a full set with gel and an intricate henna design at my appointment. Fun environment and the store is very clean.

Hector never disappoints, highly recommend! 🙂Nonpartisans may not be too enthusiastic of the owner’s vocal blind validation of the small town’s political party favoritism. However, they are following CDC’s guidelines during the pandemic and require a mask, note to the ‘self righteous’ that refuse to wear a mask in this town.

Janelle is great!! I have always had very weak nails and have always had problems with my acrylics lifting easily and even sometimes within a few days until I had found my nail guy in Texas in 2007. This is the first nail shop I went to after moving from San Antonio. I was extremely worried about finding a new shop since I had been seeing my nail person for 12yrs and had even traveled 6hr every 2 weeks for a year while I had lived in Louisiana until I had moved back. This is a great shop!! Janelle does a fantastic job every time. She never hurts me by drilling or filing too much and my nails have stayed on and look great! The price for fills is good and the way my nails look afterward is great, even after weeks of fills without getting new sets constantly. So glad that I found this shop and Janelle and it will be my go to place for nails in Grand Junction.

My experience here is always great! People are friendly and easy to carry on conversation with. They are very creative and know how to make your nails look fabulous.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. My pedicure was spectacular and even though my nails are horribly shaped, she made them look great! Ive always been able to get an appointment quickly.

The staff is talented and thoughtful! Theyre social but not overbearing.. When theyre busy they rush a little but their work is always done perfectly.. They give you your own nail file/buff and you have to bring it back for your appointments or they charge you a dollar for a new one.. Their wax room is a storage room and I was skeptical at first but my brows looked fabulous. The owners, John and Laura are amazing. My go to salon!

Its been two days and my thumb nail just popped off and I didnt even get the design I asked for but I ignored it this is ridiculous

Used to never be disappointed..... Brought my friend in there for Gel X full set a week later her nails are popping off we call and they tell her they will fix the ones that have came off only... well maybe it should have been done right the first time? I’ve came there for 5 years I spend loads of money so tell me why can’t you own it and right your wrong?

Made an appointment for 4 people to get their nails done and the staff was very accommodating. My grandmother, whose never had her nails done, was treated very sweetly and gently. They took great care to make sure she was comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. Everyone nails turned out great and did not chip due to bubbles.

I come here all the time and today was the worst experience. Didnt take their time, didnt let me pick another color that I wanted they picked it for me, didnt ask what kind of pedi I wanted . Lost mine and my familys business . If iam paying 50$for nails I want them done right

This was my second visit to this salon, the first time I was with a small group with an appointment, and this time I just did the walk-in. The place is busy, and the banter/atmosphere is nice. Its just that, I have paid for the premium pedicures twice now, and I dont know why, but I always get the B team treatment. I wasnt offered gel or a design. I got a basic manicure with no polish (my choice), but I also wasnt provided the hand massage or a nail buff either (he basically just clipped my nails and worked on my cuticles for a second). I was there to drop money on a real self-care session. They just werent interested in selling me good service. I want to like this place, but I wont be going back.

I’ve been going here for probably close to a year now and I love it! They always accommodate to what I want (even if I’m picky lol) and do an amazing job. Not to mention they actually care about their customers unlike other nail places. Highly recommend! 10/10

Although the actual manicure itself was good, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I made an appointment and wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after that time. They even started on another lady that walked in AFTER me. I was also bounced from one person to another. Will be looking elsewhere for my manicures...

Janelle did my nails back in July or August, it was absolutely wonderful, she didn’t cut me once, and gave me the prettiest natural long coffin French tips! 100% would recommend!

This was my first time going and I got a gel manicure. Veronica did my mani and she was amazing, really took her time and my nails look amazing. Five stars for her, but the reason I can’t review the salon as five stars is because the atmosphere felt very unprofessional. The rest of the staff was talking very loudly, cussing, talking about getting drunk and hooking up. I felt very out of place and dont plan on returning.

Excellent experience and customer service. My friend and I have tried many salon options in the valley. Signature Nails far exceeded my expectations. Being able to converse with the staff and their sincere desire to be polite and attentive was refreshing. I would have given them five stars if they didnt have such a long wait time... even when we had made an appointment.

After years of scouring grand junction nail salons, I finally found the best one in the city. The whole staff is friendly and talented, and its always a fun experience. Laura does my nails and she is so talented and sweet, and their prices are unbeatable for the quality of the work and products used.I have paid almost 3 times as much in other salons and walked out disappointed, but never here. Ive never had a bad pedicure, its so relaxing and comfortable and they take their time and are all great to talk to. If you havent had a chance to go, you are missing out! I will be a customer here forever!

Ive been to a few places in Junction and Ive always had a bad experience. This place has been the best! The customer service was great and the staff was really friendly. They take their time, which I like cause most places try to hurry up and push you out with crappy nails. I will definitely recommend to others. I just wish I knew the gentlemens name that did my nails he did a great job. I love my nails!!!
