Dr. Laggis is incredible! Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is easy to speak with at every appointment. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes time to explain everything and answer any questions I might have. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and exceptional care. The team is here is great. They are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Cant say enough great things about this office! I had a couple rapid growing spots and they got me in within a few hours of contact. Got checked out and labs are on their way. Awesome support staff: kind, professional, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, direct, etc! I have my second appointment booked in three months and I cant wait to visit Dr Morrell again. He spoke directly, plainly, so I could understand, and discussed all the available options with the various potential risks associated with each path. Love these guys.

Ive been here twice to visit Dr Morrell. Once for my daughter and once for me. Absolutely the best customer service both times and all the calls and follow-ups in between. Their staff is on top of it!! Concerned, caring, organized, and available after hours for concerning fast growing spots or agitated rashes. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!***

I had severe acne and they helped set me up with accutane which cured it completely. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything that I needed. I was late to an appointment due to a time zone mixup and they were forgiving and were able to squeak me in. It is a little pricey but I would say it is well worth it.

As one who has had skin cancer in the past, I have been going to Dr. Amy Paul for several years and have found her to be exceptionally skilled at diagnosis and treatment. I recommend her highly.

Do Not Recommend Mountain West – Service and diagnosis was deficient and they don’t seem to put the patient first. Scheduling is required months in advance and examinations generally were less than 10 minutes. Dr. Paul removed a spot telling me it was just an oil gland and no problem. Actually, it was a basal cell carcinoma. But they didn’t seem concerned and scheduled Mohs surgery for three months later and then rescheduled twice. I had a spot on my ear that was sore/swollen. Doctor Rangwala said she was sure it was squamous cell carcinoma and took a sample from my ear. I came back within a week since ear was still sore. The doctor said her diagnosis was wrong and it was just an infection. Gave me a prescription. When the lab reports came back after two weeks it confirmed it was an infection and not squamous cell. The ear was still sore a month later with no follow up. My new doctor who I was able to schedule within one week treated the infection and will do the Mohs within two weeks.

If six stars were a thing, theyve earned it!! Absolutely the best on every account: timeliness, cleanliness, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. Consistently a fantastic experience every time weve been here to see Dr Morrell.

I have started seeing Dr. Laggis there. And I just have to say, she is absolutely amazing. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and caring and always listens to what I have going on and takes time to treat and follow up. I am very impressed by her and feel lucky to have her on my team of doctors!

My husband has now had 2 basal cell spots removed, 1 requiring Mohs surgery, with another Mohs surgery yet to go. Dr. Weber and his staff have been wonderful and informative and took such great care of him. We highly recommend Mountain West Dermatology.

I am amazed at all the poor reviews!!After Epiphany tried to hold me hostage and force me to pay cash instead of being able to use my insurance, I decided to try Mountain West instead. I am so glad I did. They got me in the morning after I called and they were thoroughly professional the whole way through.The person on the phone who made the appointment was courteous and caring. The front-desk person who greeted me was friendly and professional. The assistant who took me to the exam room was kind and helpful. The checkout folks were efficient. And I couldnt possibly say enough positive things about Dr. Paul.Everyone at West Coast that I dealt with during this painful situation was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. I will never go back to Epiphany nor will I ever take my mom back there either. West Coast definitely has earned my business!!!

Had a few different problems I was unsure what was causing it, but Dr. Sophia Rangwala was receptive, attentive, and quickly diagnosed the eczema and provided effective, affordable prescriptions.

Denied me a consultation for my severe rosacea since I didnt have insurance. I spoke with Jade who had no emotion or concern for my condition. What a horrible experience.

I read great reviews about this place and I looked forward to going to see them. My dentist found a concerning spot and told me to get in to see a dermatologist. That gave me quite the anxiety. I called for an appointment, but I needed a referral sent over. I had that sent over. I called back and they said it usually took a day. The receptionist also seemed annoyed. Imagine being anxious over something potentially cancerous and not hearing back for four days if a Dr. can get you in or not. Skin cancer runs in my family. I guess I’ll be going somewhere else.

Went in for a 10 year visual examination of my skin. I asked about the red and irritated spots on my arms which dont bother me but are unattractive. I was told that they are nothing and not to worry about them. 18 months later Im at my family Doctor and I as her about the spots. She takes a photo and calls me 4 hours later with a prescription for a topical medication. I am disturbed that the Dr. at Mountain West dermatology couldnt figure that out and really didnt seem to care...

I had an appointment for Monday. They called me the Friday prior and wanted to know if my insurance card came in (waiting for it so I could finish filling out my paperwork), it did and they had received my information in the mail. No appointment time was ever mentioned. I had the appointment time in my phone as 2:30. At 1:00 I found by accident where I had written it down along with another appointment for 9:00. I called them immediately and was informed my appointment was at 9:00. How upsetting for me, I waited for 3 months for this appointment. I requested to set up another appointment and apparently if youre a new patient and you miss your first appointment, they will not let you reschedule in their office EVER. It doesnt matter if you have kids that had been going there years before when they were younger. Its not like I missed it on purpose. I guess Im the only one that has missed an appointment unintentionally, I would of been happy to pay a reasonable fee for their inconvenience.

HORRIBLE experience!! After waiting about 5 months ( my appointment isnt even supposed to be for another 3.5 but I was on a cancellation list and miraculously got in) my doctor came in the office speaking about a million words a minute telling me about how she is running so behind and could barely spare me five minutes to look over all my issues. One issue that Ive had for several years she told me to just put some dandruff shampoo on my face, and didnt seem at all concerned about the handfuls of hair Ive been losing for several months at the age of 30. No prescriptions no test no longer than 10 seconds to look at each. It wasnt until I left in tears that she even offered to slow down and give me another second which by that point was too late in my opinion. Certainly wasnt worth the wait I would never recommend anybody to come here. I wouldnt even risk seeing one of her colleagues at this point I will drive out of town to find a doctor that cares even a LITTLE.

Went in and was told my insurance was being declined for non payment. I was forced to pay as an uninsured individual. Called up my insurance after and they confirmed this was not true, I was covered, and my policy was paid to date. Aside from that the doctor seemed completely flat personality wise and it gave me the impression he wanted nothing less than to be doing his job. I do not feel he was thorough in his examination either. Now, not only do I have to jump through hoops to try to get a refund for the amount i was forced to pay because they could not properly file my insurance, but I feel I will have to seek out another dermatologist for an examination because of how inadequate the examination I was given felt. Will not be returning to this establishment and encourage others to seek care elsewhere after what I consider one of the worst patient experiences I have ever had.Update: Have contacted the billing department on multiple occasions and they never get back to me. I actually managed to speak to someone ONE time, she said she would call back within 48 hours and that was over a week ago. At this point Im contesting the charge with my credit card company, and filing a formal complain with the appropriate state business agencies as this is a completely unacceptable mismanagement of the situation to the point where it feels intentionally fraudulent.

I have used Dr. Kirkegaard for several years as well as surgical procedures, and he has done a great job. Pleasant and personable.

The doctor i saw completely blew me off. I will never go back there again. One if the problems I had was Vasculitis which he said he didn’t know what was wrong so my orthopedic doctor caught it and was dumbfounded that this doctor completely missed it.

Heard they were really the best place to go.Move on if you have kids or a difficult schedule.If you are a new patient and miss the first appointment by thirty minutes you no longer are worthy to bother them with your problems.No reschedule, no pay for appointment start over, sorry dont bother us anymore, ta ta.
